influence gives a happines bonus when governing cities and determines the size of the bodyguard (together with personal security)
Ahh that makes sense, thank you. Doesn't it also have an effect on diplomatic negotiations?
At least for diplomats, this is true. If FMs with high influence have kinda bonus when negotiating, I can't answer you defenitely, but I'd guess it has.Quote:

I saw an AI controlled Persepolis doing something like this...the governor died and from over 32000 population it stabilezed some years after at 19000 with 2 revolts in the middle :laugh4:Quote:
