CCT - Clerical Character Traits
OK, we all know how piety and (un)orthodoxy work. But what about the other traits like purity and violence?
From what I know there are 5 different values:
Piety - the basic level of the priest to which all other values are added or subtracted from
Unorthodoxy - the priest's susceptibility to heresy
Purity - don't know, probably to do with heresy too
Violence - modifier when trying to denounce a heretic
Eligibility - modifier in papal elections
This is just about the direction I suppose things are. I couldn't find any more info on that topic, but I'd like to know how this works. So please feel free to share your observations...:questiong:
Re: CCT - Clerical Character Traits
Overall that's pretty much it in a nutshell except for Purity and Violence, which you didn't get quite right:
Purity/Violence affect the traits inquisitors spawn with under that pope's reign, with pure/peaceful popes lowering inquisitor piety and vice versa.
Re: CCT - Clerical Character Traits
So these two are meaningless unless your priest becomes pope. But I noticed imams get the same traits - pretty weird.
Re: CCT - Clerical Character Traits
imams count as priests too (heretics also count as priests actually from my experiments), but CA couldn't be bothered to give them a whole different line of traits that would not give those attributes. And to be fair, it doesn't really matter in this particular case.
Re: CCT - Clerical Character Traits
yes, i killed Jesus, The Spanish Heretic. (In Portugese Campaign-deleted due to bugs. ).
pity that he didnt have any other trait except for 1 piety.
