Faster firing musketeers

Is there a way of making Musketeers from the americas campaign to fire vollys faster?

If it's like RTW, the speed of firing is tied to the animation, so you'd need to edit the animations to make them fire faster.

You can take away traits such as gunpowder_unit and fire_by_rank to make the unit fire faster as a whole.
