Victory conditions?

Forgive me if this has been posted before, I searched but couldn't find anything.

Is there a page online that has all the maps and victory conditions for each faction?

I can tell you where to find it.

Casse, I think.

The start is difficult, but as soon as you control the British Isles, it'd be pretty easy.

the easiest is probably carthage, only the control of italy and iberia is needed

and phonecia in the levant
