Location on Sound Files?

I've downloaded the sound files and edited descr_sounds_accents. But I have no idea where to put it. I've tried putting it in the data and sounds folder, but there is no change in-game.

When you unpack that file (i.e. run unpacker and tell it to unpack in another folder) where does the file appear exactly? That is where it should also go.

You need to put it in the data folder, but i suggest reading one of the tutorials on adding new sounds to the game first as you have to delete some of the files in the sounds folder i believe as the game ahs to rebuild them to have the new ones appear ingame.

I'm not adding any new sounds, just changing a factions sounds to a different cultures.
