changing some things midgame

I don't know if this the right place to ask but....
How can I chane the army size and difficulti settings after I have already started the game?
Is it even possible?

I don't believe you can.

You can't change those settings midgame normally.

There was a savegame editor called RomeSage that could do that, but IIRC it had problems when modding mod savegames. And even on vanilla savegames, editing them caused the game to be a bit less stable.

Yes i second that i tried it last week and it wouldn't even let me to load the new created savegame
