Pointless chatroom client poll

I'm using Chatzilla, built into Mozilla SeaMonkey.

Well I put the first one, but I meant to put down Chatzilla.

I put GAH - only tried it a couple of times and it just did something automatically so no idea what :embarassed:

Opera, comes with the browser under Extras -> E-Mail and Chat accounts...
I'd gladly help if anyone doesn't know how to set a client up, I had it working in Trillian(some long time ago), mIRC, Opera and Chatzilla. The Java Chat is pretty bad in comparison to all of these if you ask me.

Well like I said, first you go to Extras -> E-Mail and Chat accounts...
There you select to add an account(you may be asked to do so if you don't have one already) and out of the list select the IRC chat.
Next you will be asked for a sender name(translation may vary, my Opera is in German :sweatdrop: ) and your email adress, you can enter for example your nickname into the first field and leave the email field blank. Whatever you enter in the first field will be shown before your IP adress if anyone does a /whois on you. Next it will ask for your nickname, that one should be obvious. After that it will ask for a network and instead of choosing one from the dropdown list, manually enter "irc.telefragged.com" without the " of course. After that you can click done and the chat is configured.

You can now access the chatroom though the Chat-Tab in the Panel Menu (F4 to show/hide), go there and click on roomlist, doubleclick tworg and you should be there.

If noone is in the room, the room will be gone, you can then manually create it. After entering the room once it should always appear under the server name in the Chat-Tab so you can always easily access it from there by clicking on it, whether it is empty or not.

edit: just noticed the "sender name" is not shown before your IP but in brackets behind it, not that that's important. ~;)
