I just installed EB 1.0 this morning, and I'm having some trouble with custom battles. WHen I get to the unit selection screen, there seem to be mostly mercenaries available, but few or no faction-specific units. This is true especially of the Romani, I can't find any of their units at all. Is there any way around this?

Two things- I'm not really clear on what an EDu is, and someone said there are files that you can just switch around manually for the same effect. I think the manual switching sounds much easier, but I don't know which files to swap.
Those are precisely the qualifications that make Hoom's EDU switcher better for you.
I've installed the switcher, and it works perfectly. I was paranoid about any sort of jimmying-about of files, but I had it working in ten munites-ish. Thanks so much for the help, I was getting sick of fighting "Ptolemaic" armies of nothing but Gauls and Czechoslovakian mercenary parrot-flingers.
