What does the acumen of you king do for you? also the other stats of the king how do they effect your emire? i havent a clue, I know all about gens.

not 100% sure But its how the King is look upon by the other Generals he rules.How good a ruler he is etc.
I'm not 100% sure on this, but when my 3 acumen Emperor died and was replaced by his 8 acumen son, I noticed a jump in profits of about 1000 florins. However, I also finished building several trade posts that year, so I am not sure.
I have experience going the other way. As England, my first couple of monarchs was great. Then I had a long run of real losers on the throne, & the economy sank even as I finished buildings to keep it from disappearing totally.
