Ok I got a strange problem, perhaps as strange as Ive ever seen:

Basically every city in METW is... missing. Well not entirely it appears. Some buildings (notably the barbarian) are showing, just everything else is missing. I am a bit at a loss. Could it be some strange descr_items.db (which hasnt been edited at all) error?
have you changed the items folder at all?
all the items need to be in same place you can't split them between rtw/data/packs and mod-folder. If you look at BI items folder it contains duplicates of things from the rtw/pack for that reason.
In terms of the items folder the only thing ive done is unpack it so i can check out the buildings in 3dmax. Aside from that there has been no editing with the buildings.
Ok, I seem to have fixed the problem. Firstly I deleted the items folder from /metw and replaced it with the BI original. Secondly I changed the name of Items in rtw/data to Itemsxx and now things seem to be back to normal.
