I have fulfilled the required contitions. but the FAQ says i must upgrade my MIC. What is an MIC?
Literally, Military Industrial Complex. In game, the barracks.
Though I don't think you do actually have to upgrade the MICs for Sweboz Reforms...
MIC is basically your Vanilla barracks, the building which allows you to train units
I have done all this, and I still do not have the reforms, ie i can recruit no new units and I am still in 'timeof the tribe'. What have I missed?
There was a fix for the reforms. Try installing all the permanent fixes from the bugreport subforum and see if it works.
