Problems with Adobe Flash Player

Argh, I can't get the latest flash player to work, I closed all over Windows, and the like, told the sod to install, I didn't, its just not working I can't seem to find on my PC, I can find Acrobat, I can find viewer, I can the seemingly pointless HELP viewer, but I cant find the dam flash player because it dosnt even install!, it does its little player movie on the site were I install it, but IT DOSNT INSTALL ******* THING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In short, how do I get Abode Flash player to install properly
