modifying a faction member

I read some topic about historical faction member names here, and a reply said you could edit your faction members and i 'd love to do that. If anyone can tell me... And is it possible with every rtw or only with mods?

Can you even change the time when he will be born and come of age?

+ then you changing age it most likely game wont start, cause of plenty other related characters; age varying is limited, so you cant have 20-ish father and 40-ish son :beam:
