EB PBEM explanation?

First, my apologies, as I am sure this has been explained elsewhere. I have played RTW and MTW PBEM, so understand the basic principles, but am so far unsure how to do this with EB. Can someone please point me to a topic that explains how to do this with this mod?

Unfortunately its not possible satisfactorily due to the placing of resources depending on which faction the player is.
