Enemy stuck on wall, no tower and cant get to him and kill him to win

this is the last guy i need to kill, as a defender. he is stuck on a portion of wall that is split up, the two ends are destroyed, so its impossible to reach him. i have no more ammo for anything and the timer is off. HELP:help:

It sounds like you are a little stuck. If you were the attacker you could use your ladders/towers, but it seems that you cannot since you are the defender.

I do believe, however, that the defender can use ladders to his own advantage and go up/down them. If there any on the wall already, you could use them to get to the attackers.

If there are not I'm enclined to say that your only choice is to press the "Esc" key and choose to quit the battle. Although you will loose, you can choose to revert to an older saved game, if you have one, and fight the battle again. This time hopefully nobody will get stuck anywhere - this is the curse of having the timer off.

Or you can resort to cheating-- I seem to remember that there is a cheat that will make all your walls collapse on the battle map. True, you'd need to spend more money rebuilding the wall later on, but personally I'd rather do that than replay a siege battle. I think the cheat is "Jericho" or something to the effect.

hahhahaha athe most appropraitely named cheat ever!

Go on the rome total war website and i'm almost positivly sure theres a cheat that if you go to the before battle screen and type it in you automatically win the battle.

I think the answer is to quite and even though you'll loose this battle you can win quite a few future battles to regain your stregnth.
