Something wrong in 179BC?
Same thing occured in both my EB campaigns (so far).
I gave up my Epeiros one in 179bc three provinces away from victory, CTD on the Ptolemaic turn. Tried to play again from 182BC, extensively changing my moves, but still... CTD, Ptolemaic turn 179BC.
Took me two months in my Pahlava campaign to dominate the middle-east and eliminate the Saka Rauka, I should soon be able to field Grivpanvar (at last!) and boom, CTD, Ptolemaic turn, 179BC.:inquisitive:
Re: Something wrong in 179BC?
Possibly... Have you installed the fixes?
Re: Something wrong in 179BC?
Most if not every one... I'm going to try again... Are those fixes compatible with each other?
Edit: no access to europabarbarorum's site fort the moment...
Re: Something wrong in 179BC?
They are all compatible with each other, but you're right that the site is down now.
Re: Something wrong in 179BC?
As far as the date goes, sounds like the Yuezhi invasion crashes the game.

Re: Something wrong in 179BC?
Well, look on the bright side. There's a fix for it :beam:.
Re: Something wrong in 179BC?
The script fix, good news... maybe I'm gonna reach my victory requirements for the first time with EB...
Thanks much for your help, I'll post as soon as I can download it.

No. That date is pre-Yuezhi by several years.

Correct.... but anyway, the scriptfix overcame my little trouble. Thanks all for the kind help!
