Pakistan's nuclear program started in 1976 (according to wikipedia) and yielded a positive test only in 1998. I can imagine they are somewhat lacking in delivery systems though. :laugh4:

More seriously India is completely open to trade and other treaties with Canada, but understand if that must wait until we find out from YLC whether we have anything worth trading or not. :sweatdrop:

But curry is so wonderful, although I have to admit I've only had Thai curry, not Indian.

India certainly desires peaceful relations with it's largest neighbor and welcomes any proposals made by China's emissaries.

I've never been a fan of spicy food like curry but I've always been up for a good chicken Korma or Dansak.

Seeing as I probably wont be able to start this game off for a week or 2 I think it might be a good idea to get a new player to be iraq and maybe afew other Warsaw countries like Poland.

Britain is willing to open trade with India, we respect all members of the Commonwealth

China is willing to have trade and peace with just about everyone... some nations however have been disrespectful to China in the past, and we would prefer they approach us with proper diplomatic courtesy. We will not come crawling to them.

this isn't about the whole, tearing down your government and forcing it to accept western trade is it? that was years ago! get over it man! (but I guess we are sorry.... kind of :shame:)

We don't have a problem with the United Kingdom. You fellows assisted us in World War II. Now, if we could only get Hong Kong back by the end of the century, that would be lovely. But we will discuss that later.
