After recieving a certain secret message from the Portugese we have determined them and the French to be even more of an imperialist bully than Austria. We recommend that Spain reinforces its borders with France and Portugal. Italy will declare war on Portugal and France. We are willing to cease hostilities against the Austrians. In exchange, they must let us keep the land we have already conquered and immediatly withdraw all forces from Serbia.
The Dutch are willing to act as negotiators in any peacetalks.
Furthermore we wish to state that the entire world is overreacting. Let Austria and Serbia fight it out gentlemen. What does Portugal have to do with it? They cannot even attack both countries.
We Dutch don't see what we have to do with it. We're happy sitting here, on our nice and sunny beaches.
Also we want to take our money from our Swiss bankaccounts, can't have money in a country at war, can we?
Portugal and France are conspiring to attack the (as far as I know) neutral country of Spain. They also tried to lure me into this conspiracy. We Italians will honor the neutrality of Holland.
Switzerland, I respect your decision, but I think you should pull out, you are in a very dangerous spot between many violent countries. If they attack you will be crushed, it is better just to cease fire.
