Re: Psycho Mafia II: Andy's return (IN PLAY)
Because maybe this is somehow a completely straightforward mafia, and the point is to make everyone who plays it truly insane.
Maybe it's a completely normal game, one mafia, some unique roles which do some gimmicky things, but in the end it's still town v mafia.
No catches.
Nothing insane.
Just pure.
Diamonds.
Insanity.

Re: Psycho Mafia II: Andy's return (IN PLAY)
But ATPG always puts in obscure clues that drive you insane....
My bet is Diana and A1 are Mafia or just plainly, unlucky voting buddies:2thumbsup:

Re: Psycho Mafia II: Andy's return (IN PLAY)
Sorry to disappoint you W.E., but Split is right, I have OCD, I don't like to talk about it (very embarrassed). I'm not insane, I just get very anxious when things are out of place (I have to have order) and when things are not clean (afraid of germs, disease...). Counting and doing things 5 times helps to calm me and gain control back from my anxiety. That is why this place is so bad for me, all this blood around and killing...very anxious all the time. I wouldn't kill, I would wash something (like I did with slashandburn). He wasn't killed only washed his face to calm my nerves (sorry couldn't help it).
OOC:
Sorry guys I thought I played my role obviously, so you would get it right away.
What is this, DG is claiming a post mortem detective or something? Okay town we really need to get some info out because we really have no clues, and I don't want to lynch another townie esp. a pro-town role.
Unvote; Vote: A1
He hasn't really been role playing, just claiming to have to follow bandwagons or something. This to me doesn't sound like a role that Pizza would put in the game. (No real flair in that).

Re: Psycho Mafia II: Andy's return (IN PLAY)
Nice 360....:dizzy2: Now, even I am questioning wither your Mafia or not...:laugh4::laugh4:
What does OCD turn into; in it's more violent versions?(It's not anything nice:no:)
-
Re: Psycho Mafia II: Andy's return (IN PLAY)
Just because she is willing to throw A1 under the bus doesn't clear her at all. Slashes' bandwagon vote also interests me. What's the tally, I realized just now that I forgot to follow through with my vote on A1.
So Vote: A1_Unit
Oh and OCD doesn't have any violent tendencies according to what I've read so far.

Re: Psycho Mafia II: Andy's return (IN PLAY)
OCD being violent depends on the individual and what exactly you're doing wrong by them. There are often triggers and things that are sacred, and they juxtapose each other.
My girlfriend has OCD and her bed is "clean", a full body shower is required to become as clean as it, and if you touch it while unclean she will clean the bed with a spot of rubbing alcohol. Now since her bed is the sacred thing, her trigger would be anything not clean touching the bed, flies, and ants. The rationale behind the ants and flies is, "They secrete a chemical trail everywhere they go, and they're just filthy and disgusting."
Now since the bed is her only comfort zone, it is very important to her, (which can be more dangerous than someone with many comfort zones/actions) and if I end up sitting on her bed by accident, luckily this has not happened, there's no doubt in my mind she would punch me a good number of times (not in a joking manner), and become angry and upset.
There can be better or worse cases, and on a side note, there is an interesting overlap between OCD and Depression, because of the nature of the chemical imbalance (I believe the chemical is almost identical, if not), and the same medicines are used to treat it (from what I've been told by persons with either or both).
It seems to me, that her triggers are unclean things, blood, smileys, and general grime. I am unsure what exactly what about these triggers causes them, but maybe Diana can explain.
Her comfort zones seem to be the number 5, namely the repetition of actions 5 times, and washing things to clean them, which is a pretty common theme.
I don't really see how anyone could mess with the number 5, or her counting/repetition, but I imagine if she ran into the psycho and he was covered in blood and she knew it was him, she would likely clean his face, spin in a circle five times, or murder his face off, depending on how extreme the anxiety is.
Ergo, I don't think Diana is a threat to the town any more than I was/am, there's worse out there.

Re: Psycho Mafia II: Andy's return (IN PLAY)
DisgruntledGoat hasn't been roleplaying either, so Diana you need find a better reason to join the counter bandwagon. And my role isn't to join bandwagons - Diana just threw that out there after I skipped down to the bottom of the page to get a last-minute vote in - I was making fun of it with my next post after that - guess my humor is different:shame:...

Re: Psycho Mafia II: Andy's return (IN PLAY)
How much more overtly can I say I like to eat humans. They taste good. But I ain't gonna kill anyone. I'm a modern cannibal, just give me the meat and don't tell me where it came from.
If you want to say I haven't been roleplaying, I don't exactly know how much more I can do. Would you like me to make a reference to eating people everyone second sentence.

Re: Psycho Mafia II: Andy's return (IN PLAY)
DG is innocent....Vote for guys who won't Roleplay their role:whip:

Note to self: Never trust these low-born serfs again... EVER!
You would expect you people to volunteer to be my bodyguard, if only to prostrate before my greatness, but no, without a direct order, the plebs would just sit still with their mouths aghast staring at nothing....

Re: Psycho Mafia II: Andy's return (IN PLAY)
Defeatist attitude. Doesn't usually work. I think I will use a nice apple wood with a southern dry rub and have a BBQ Pulled A1_Unit sandwich with coleslaw.
So far you haven't done anything that would indicate that I am wrong.
-
Re: Psycho Mafia II: Andy's return (IN PLAY)
You misread me - I'm not defeatist though I do know I've been double band-wagoned. Oh well (acceptance).

Day Five:
A1_Unit watched as the survivors advanced on him. The massive man was wearing a hospital mask, and wielding a large knife. He was covered in blood. They were coming for him... and they were carrying large weapons with which to take him down. The man grinned under his mask, and knew that his time had come, to sacrifice himself for the God of Destruction. The pigs... all of them... would meet their fate.
He charged straight into the group of seven, and lifted Elite Ferret with one hand and slammed him into the wall. With unnatural strength, he shoved Beskar to the ground, causing him to skid down the hallway. Twisting, he met the rolling pin as it was heading for his head, and knocked it out of his attacker's hands. Then a roundhouse kick to the head sent DisgruntledGoat into the metal drinking fountain, knocking him out. He stabbed Taka, impaling him in the shoulder, and landed a fist in the face of atheotes. He grabbed Diana Abnoba and began strangling her. Slashandburn took a metal chair and planted it against A1_unit's head, to no effect. With his other hand, A1_unit grabbed Slashandburn and slammed him into Diana, sending them both to the floor. He began kicking them mercilessly with his steel-toed boots, right to the chest and face. All the puny ones would face their end, it was inevitable. None escape the wrath of the God of Destruction.
A solid metal pipe landed hard against A1_unit's head, cracking his skull. An ordinary man would be dead, or at the very least, down on the floor. Another used a broken mop handle and shattered A1_Unit's jaw. The rolling pin landed against his temple, and A1_Unit dropped the knife. Someone grabbed it and began stabbing him in the back, and slashed at his neck. Beskar grabbed the floor buffer from the equipment closet and put it in neutral, and started rolling the heavy machine down the hall. The others were still beating A1_Unit, who was still fighting back. At the last minute, the others jumped out of the path of the moving floor buffer, which Beskar had pushed from a slow roll into a sprint, letting go of the machine and watching it careen toward A1_Unit at full speed. The machine had to weigh at least 500 pounds. A1_Unit could not roll out of the way in time, and the machine knocked him to the floor and sent him skidding into the wall, where his head was smashed between the brick and the floor buffer. The sickening crunch and pooling blood could only mean that A1_Unit was dead.

Re: Psycho Mafia II: Andy's return (IN PLAY)
Yeah, it looks like to me, we got the psycho. And yet the game continues. Who do we need to get now? The God of Destruction? No mention of the God of Desire. I wonder what tonight's write up will tell us.

Re: Psycho Mafia II: Andy's return (IN PLAY)
@ White_eyes:
Well from you post # 247-
"The "god of destruction" and the "god of desire"....not sure who has been doing the killing
could be both".
and from your post # 295-
"She is your "god of desire" when I add everything up".
But I rechecked the write ups (skimmed), and didn't see any mention of the "God of desire". Maybe the question is why did YOU think there was a "God of Desire"?
Maybe you need to double check your facts first before you go accusing someone, with such vigor.
-
Re: Psycho Mafia II: Andy's return (IN PLAY)
Andy is "the god of desire":laugh4:
Unless Pizzaguy mixed it up....

Yes... for the gems were really stones of greatness... they gave the God of Desire his strength.
