yes I know.. it was a coded message with an indirect question; What caused you to FoS me ? :p

Also reviewing the thread I think it is time Zack is being hung Vote: Zack
It also hits me that Fluffy has stayed very active and keeping his troll style.. But it's also as if almost focus on staying in this mode throughout the game. (I'd expect more variation if it wasn't forced)
heck.. Unvote; Vote: Fluffy
If there were good reasons as to why he has not been lynched yet, I haven't noticed them on my quick review
Uhm. I FoSed you because you struck me as scummy... I can't put my finger on anything concrete... Call it a hunch.
Unvote, Vote: Zack
Still missing many votes.
I think this is the current tally:
Csargo: 2 (pever, Romanic)
pevergreen: 2 (Nightbringer, DE2)
Fluffy: 1 (God Emperor)
Blackadder: 1 (Robbie)
Zack: 1 (Zack)
I think God Emperor should be lynched.
Of course you do. Here's your first three days of votes; the paydirt is at the end, surrounding my "save" of Zack and your actions on that day.
Day/Night One
Post 46 – vote Fluffy (random/silly)
Post 57 – silly again, demands romanic “explain” his comment-free “vote: Yaropolk”
95 – fluff
Day/Night Two
115 – “let’s try a second vote on Zack”. I had just placed the first one. Zack had a vote on fluffy. No other votes yet placed that day.
135
Okay, two things. Why bother to point out to Romanic NOW that your challenge to him on the previous day was a joke? Why address this post of Romanic’s at all? It wasn’t even addressed to you. Worried he might have taken your attempt to be flippant and lighthearted in the wrong way? And then there’s the gratuitous smilie, which really wasn’t warranted. You look like you’re trying to present an image of “hey woo, I’m just having a good old time here, nothing serious going on”, but it’s not coming off quite right. Because you do care. (You’re also wrong to characterize Zack as extremely jumpy for merely frowning at two rapid votes coming against him.)Quote:
I hope you noticed the joke in that postQuote:

And what does he do about it? Nothing. (At this point Zack, me, Fluffy, and Khazaar are all tied. Zack and Khazaar wind up in the lead; my vote condemns Zack.)

Okay, first the good stuff: at least GE is following on his challenge of Yaropolk from the previous day. That’s good. Here’s the bad. Scum knew there was nothing suspicious in Zack being saved, because they didn’t do it. Townies are mostly going to at least wonder otherwise. What does GE do here?Quote:
This is not good enough... We know a tie means no lynch.. and there was a tie yesterday, so Zack was never 'saved' by anyone. Thus your reason, if any, should be regarded as invalid.Quote:

Vote: Yaropolk ; your vote today, and your follow up on DE's hunch
"Tie = no lynch, so Zack was not saved." False logic. If such an order to save Zack had been sent by scum, it most likely would have been placed early (unless the person involved could have been around exactly at the deadline, and maybe even then) so as to avoid last-minute vote changes or to avoid the necessity of a last-minute save by another scum. Zack could have been saved, and there is no reason accessible to a townie for God Emperor to logically conclude that he was not.
"Zack is the easiest target." This much is true, no argument. But I think a scum would have been more comfortable making this conclusion than a townie would.
None of that’s definitive. But the next post, I think, is. It comes after DiY has made his long argument that Zack was saved by scum and I have claimed Mayor Quimby.

Smily again. I don’t know why this bugs me so much. Looks over-ingratiating or something. Anyway.Quote:
bah just lost what I wrote.. =/ I will start over.
But thanks for your contribution DiY:)
And another.Quote:
Overall I will agree with you, but I will go through some of your points, for the sake of having more to work with :)
Through here it’s OK. I don’t entirely agree with this characterization of Zack’s behavior to date, but as I said to DiY around the same time, it’s not obviously wrong. So no issue.Quote:

Zack is very aggresive, seems to care about the game, and is not working very hard to catch scum.. these are some of the points, and the first two bits I agree with, but for the sake of being fair I think we should go over his posts, to see how actively he is searching for scum.
(snip Zack’s posts)
Sorry if my comment's does not say a lot, the main purpose was just to have his posts listed.
I would say DiY is correct on Zack's behavior.. Zack is not trying to catch scum and that does not go well in hand with serious behavior.
Again, no real issue.Quote:
As Zack's behavior alone should be enough to have him lynched, I think this is a good point.Quote:

Now Renata claimed Quimby rather early.. That in itself is an interesting move and should be looked at.Quote:

According to her post, Zack was not saved ad the accusation on Zack is more or less BS "Well all righty, enough of that."Quote:

She has nothing to say in regard of Zack's allignment.
As stated before this ability has a scummy feel to it, and that alone should mark down Renata as suspicious.
--- A knee-jerk “not scummy” (because he knows it isn’t)
--- (DiY makes long and well-reasoned post – though wrong – post implicating both me and Zack)
--- “DiY makes good points and this ability has a scummy feel to it”
God Emperor is being completely opportunistic here. He realizes his first instinct on how to deal with the situation was a tactical mistake, so he “changes his mind”, but there’s no conviction, little trace of the path he took to get from point A to dead-opposite point B. What is there instead? Some ingratiating smilies, a ton of mentions of how much he agrees with the dead townie, and deflecting comments as to why Zack should be lynched even if he is wrong about me (because he knows he is), just on Zack’s behavior.
Telling an innocent player how they should have played differently. That’s scum behavior.Quote:
imo there are two things to look at when it comes to her
1) Why did she so quickly come to Zack's aid and reveal her ability?
2) How has her voting patterns and similar been so far. She is in charge of a powerful (and harmful) ability, and she should thus tread with caution. There is a certain quote I wanted to reach :p
Yep, and it wasn’t a scum tell there either. Why didn’t you find this worthy of notice when Romanic first pointed it out?Quote:
I just want to second what Romanic said a few days ago; Renata did this as a scum in another game.Quote:

That’s not all I did. I also put Khazaar ahead of fluffy. Is that worth mentioning? I also put yet another person ahead of myself. Is *that* worth mentioning? Zack is only one of several possible motives for this vote.
Yup, I saved him. After starting the bandwagon on him. You mentioned it yourself, though I notice you leave out the circumstances, that I was the very first vote. Could that have been scum bussing? Sure, I suppose so. But you don’t even mention it as a hypothesis. You brush it under the rug (despite that you clearly noticed it), you don’t try to rationalize it. That speaks of you trying to justify a predetermined conclusion.Quote:
That's hard to overlook concidering the suspicion that has been gathered Zack.. If Zack turns out to be scum, then Renata should go. Zack was saved and he was saved by Renata.
Unvote; Vote: Zack
Vote GE, people.
Unvote, Vote: GE
Hmm.. let' see..
You disagree with my use of smileys.. I don't know if there is much to say about that.. I use smileys as I feel like^^
when it comes to your ability, what I saw was that Zack was not saved by anyone.. and you are right, I do turn 180, as DiY raises a point which I did not include myself. So I agree with what he sees, and I think it's worth exploring. In other words my previous assumption didn't include every aspect.
because there is no point in going around second everything I agree with.. however, when I made a post concerning you, it makes a bit more sense to second the points others made towards you, that I agree with
At first I failed to see what you mean by this .. but it can make sense if we assume there are 3 mafia.. but that was never something that has occured to me in this game.. If there are only 2 mafia, then your move only points towards Zack as the others are not affected by your change.
This calls for a test of fire :stare:
unvote; Vote: GE
I'm in, let's do this.
unvote; vote: God Emperor
Well alright.. I hope there is the time, for the townies we have left when I am gone, to strike down the right people ^^
3rd on the bandwagon, eh, Romanic?
Unvote; Vote: Romanic
We shall see what night brings.
Gah!
Life was calling, my bad people!
If it isn't too late;
Vote: GE
I just noticed this round was supposed to end yesterday, at the 48 hour mark, just before 6AM my time, with the same tally I posted where I said we were missing votes.
It was a tie, which should result in a No Lynch situation. Now, it's a rather obvious lynch choice.
Curse my laziness. I have to make a fair ruling here, don't I? And the fair ruling is to have the round end when I said it was supposed to end, 48 hours into it.
I'm afraid that's going to be what I have to do, isn't it. Anything else would be decidedly unfair, favoring one team or the other.
Begin night five, no lynch.
Since I have all orders in, and this round had a delayed start due to my own bad timekeeping, let's move on to the next.
Night Five
Marge Simpson could hardly sleep. The deaths of little Lisa Simpson and little Bart Simpson played in her mind over and over again. She stood in the kitchen, chopping.... was she preparing a meal? Or was she finding comfort in the familiar, repetitive motion? No mother could possibly withstand the loss of her children, without losing control. Perhaps she had gone quietly mad.
Or perhaps, she was never sane to begin with.
A familiar cloud of smoke filled the room, tickling her nose. She continued cutting.... slicing.... chopping..... and chopping. The long, deadly blade cleaving apart vegetables and meat..... the splatter getting all over the counters, the walls, and even her face.
She looked coldly out the window, with the bloody juices dripping down her stern-looking face. A cruel smile began to form.... a wicked, insane smile.
Marge Simpson: "Never send a monkey to do a man's job."
Monkey on roller skates: Ooooh oooh ooooh AHHHHH AHHHH!!!!
Marge Simpson: "SHUT UP!"
The monkey rolled forward, and raised the revolver, pointing it at the Simpson matriarch.
Marge Simpson: "All those years.... so many years, taken from me. Ripped away.... so many dreams shattered, only to be replaced by steel bars. But inside the walls of my prison, I plotted. I spent many a night, sleepless, consumed by one desire. And that is the same desire which drives you."
The monkey looked quizzically at Marge.
Marge Simpson: "THE DESIRE FOR REVENGE!!! I was like you once. A bumbling, forgotten sidekick to that philistine who calls himself a clown. But I knew you were capable of so much more. Beneath that simian countenance lies a mind overlooked, and unappreciated in its time.... and a heart slowly twisted, darkened by years and years of neglect. It was only a matter of time.... did he spend your banana budget on booze, call girls, or did he simply gamble it all away? Did he smash you in the face with one too many pies? Or perhaps you just had enough of degrading yourself in order to make that ungrateful buffoon rich? Whatever the reason, I knew there was a breaking point, as there was for me. You wanted to get rid of him, didn't you? You wanted to.... KILL KRUSTY THE CLOWN!!!"
The monkey's cigar dropped out of his mouth, and his paw started to shake.
Marge Simpson: "I admit, I might have had a hand in pushing you over the edge.... into madness. Or should I say, what THEY call madness.... what I call it clarity. You finally saw what must be done, and you finally found the courage to do it. But, it seems, your primate brain has finally come up short. You see, everything that has transpired has done so according to my design. When you snapped and finally killed Krusty the Clown, I knew you were ready.... ready to rain destruction and carnage down upon Springfield. You and your partner!"
The monkey screeched in panic.
Marge Simpson: "Yes, I know about him, too! It was I who drove him over the edge! It was I who made him go insane! Your minds were already nothing but tightly wound strings, stretched beyond all reason, ready to snap. You have both been wronged by the people of Springfield, and you wanted to exact revenge upon them, but your feeble moralities got in the way.... I have simply made things clearer for you. Yes, my puppets, you have done for me what I've failed to do, so many times.... you've put Bart and Lisa Simpson to death. And for that, I will always be grateful."
The monkey began to sweat profusely, eyes darting back and forth, looking for an exit.
Marge Simpson: "But, my little simian friend, you've still proved to be bumbling and incompetent. You were supposed to kill them all... and you've failed to do so. Kill everyone in Springfield. Never send a monkey to do a man's job."
With a flick of her wrist, Marge Simpson sliced open the elastic bands holding her hair up. The hair billowed outward, revealing that below the blue highlights, it was red underneath.
The monkey looked on in horror to see Krusty's old nemesis.... and arguably, the craziest, most evil man in Springfield. He pointed the gun at Bob, shaking wildly....
Sideshow Bob: "FOOLS! I should have known you wouldn't be able to do this yourselves. That's why I've come back to Springfield, to personally finish the job. And I won't be needing you anymore... or your master. You've been nothing put pawns in my little game. And if you had been able to do your jobs without my help, I might have let you live. But seeing you here, now... I realize you're just in my way.
Like all the other poor players on the Springfield stage, it's time for your final curtain to fall. Good-bye.... Mister Teeny!"
*BANG!*
Sideshow Bob: "What cruel fate.... to see the queen fall at the hands of a pawn. What cruel irony.... to be foiled by my own fiendish plans.... to fall right before the finish line.... to drink from the bitter cup of defeat once more. But you listen here, monkey, and you listen well.... you'll never get out of Springfield alive.... not until every last one of them dies. And if you are successful, then my darkest dreams will have come true.... and I will still have my revenge. And if you fail, you will suffer the same fate as me. Only death will set you free.... yours, or theirs.
Mu-hu-hahaa.... Hahaa haaahahahaaa!
HAH HAAH HAAAH HAAAHH HAAAAAAHHHHH!!!!!

Sigh. I should have just revealed myself. I'd probably have been less likely to be killed by the town!
Hmm I don't know about you but I think the write up implies a separate party, not sure if pizza tosses clues like that though. The last time I saw a mafia mastermind set-up the mastermind chose the mafia [Godfather 1]. I wouldn't put it past pizza for another twist in the mechanic though, I won't be surprised if it turns out that robbie had to choose the mafia but he was a SK and on a different team from them.
[Mostly based on the write up implication that it seems like Sideshow Bob created ("chose") two mafia.] (Just dishing out thoughts)
Arguably GE is still a fair lynch though, based on what I garnered from a quick skim of Renata's post.
Wasn't that when you were decided to be lynched
Edit: Hmm, Robbie's post does pose some things to consider. Meh, just speculation, carry on folks.
Main essence of the post: Two more mafia left, gogogo
Alright back to busyland.
Thanks Renata!
Whether or not he chose the other two is fun speculation but ultimately WIFOM -- I don't think that I for one know robbiecon well enough to guess who would make a good choice for him. What's crystal clear is that they did not know who he was. Whether they knew of a mafia mastermind's existence and were, erm, "unwise" enough to take a second shot at the apparent bulletproof regardless; or whether they were under the mistaken impression they were the only two mafia in the game is not known.Quote:

I do think it's safe to say that both the other two mafia have cover roles of some sort, given that robbie did.
I also think it very unlikely he was not on the same team as them.
