Re: The House of Origin [IN PLAY]
I'm not, dear Riedquat. Though if course should the killers wish to submit to the lynch, that would give us hope of victory...
Quote:
Wrong. There is one pair and one solo kill that correspond to the mafia (getting mad at defilers, etc.). This is the same as last night, so I think we can assume that one of the mafia died during Day or Night 1.
There's obviously also a serial killer (kill in red).
The other kills last night seem to be another serial killer or possibly cultist (the bees) and a pro-town vigilante.
I didn't read far enough. The Hashel kill seems to be solo. The second - Hashel - disappears early on.
Anyway, very well; but there is only one Mafia kill: Whiteeyes'.
Edse or Chaotix might be a vig-kill, but my attacker, Ried's killer, Makrell's killer, and all that are clearly third-party.
In a game with so many killings, would it make sense to allow one of a scum-pair to kill solo?
Xenon is a lurker, but Visorslash is definitely scum. Please vote him - this hunch is gold, I swear it.

Really now? Go on. 90% sure are you?

And look at that, the ones who died were 100% innocent. Just as you are 100% guilty.
There's an elephant that must be acknowledged - the third parties and scum are working together.
There's no other explanation for all 5 of them dying on one night, with no redundant attacks.
This night was coordinated. There's no other explanation.

And what does this have to do with me?
-----
Also, I am looking for a new partner.
The 'Kill' third party (well. sounds like Serial Killer to me) is probably not going to help someone they need dead, so that is unlikely. (Unless of course their goal is that everyone has to be without a pair like Jarremas game?). The bees/bear helmet fear guy, I wouldn't have a clue what side he was on. The blasphemer people sound like mafia to me.

And what have you got to say for yourself, besides that? This is LYLO. There's simply no way you aren't scum. You're too aloof not to be.

There are 15 players. 14 if you don't count Jolt. Let's assume 4 kills and 4 scumbags? then we have at worst case, if we lynch a townie today, 5:4 by the next day phase. That would be lylo. If the killers don't kill each other accidentally at least once, I would be surprised (of course we can't rely on that happening). Today is not lylo, just damned important.
Aloof? The Loot took up a bit of my mafia time, and as that was in a lylo/near lylo situation, I gave that priority. Right now I have had about 4 hours sleep and am quite tired, of course I'm going to be out of it.
If I was going to lynch someone today, it would be Askthepizzaguy or Andres.

There are up to 7 3rd-party and scum at the moment, and at least 5 - assuming the best. Not all the killers are Mafia. And as I pointed out, they all seem to be cooperating. They will not accidentally kill each other from now on...
If we want town, and not another party, to win, then this must be the LYLO.
You've been aloof the whole while. Andres has been aloof as well, and could also be a killer, but...

Alright, I'll go with your assumptions on the killers.
I haven't been aloof the whole time, (of course this is an opinion based thing, so whatever). I'm not interested in debating my aloof levels. If you think I'm scum, give me a better reason then aloof with no examples.
Now, we have 14 people to lynch. Who are your suspects in that list?
Andres
Askthepizzaguy
Autolycus
Buddhafish
Captain Blackadder
Choxorn
Double A
GeneralHankerchief
Ishmael
Jarema
Jolt
Lazy McCrow
Montmorency
Visorslash
Xenoneb
For reference (discount Jolt possibly). I'm not including myself, as I know I'm not scum, so 13 people. From that, I can cut down who I think is town. Monty, could either be the 'kill' third party, or town. Andres is not being as active as his townie self, so I'm somewhat suspicious of that, especially at this stage. If he has been active behind the scenes, now is time to bring it to light. Askthepizzaguy is based of asking TinCow to kill him, and some of his later posts (voting GH for no reason, at that stage), autolycus always becomes a suspect at this stage, if he's alive, and he isn't particularly active, so he is also on the list. Buddhafish, is also low on participation, but I can chalk that up to him hosting his large game at CFC, however, the level of activity IS similar to Zack Mafia IV, and if I don't hear anything convincing from him, he will be one of my top suspects. Captain Blackadder, very little to say on that side. Choxorn, I'm not really getting a scum vibe from. AA, on the fence. GH, sidling towards nontown aligned, just from posts. Ishamel, same as GH. Jarema, seems to be acting like town (unlike the loot anyway). Jolt, well Jolt. Lazy I haven't played with in a while, on the fence. Monty, probably town. Visor, town. Xeno, possible scum.
List of suspects (the latest list):
Andres, auto, Buddha, Ishamel, GH, Xeno, Lazy
At this stage anyway. Thoughts on that Monty/whoever else?
-
Re: The House of Origin [IN PLAY]
Assuming the non-town are cooperating, they shouldn't have to vote each other at this point. I think we can rule one of GH and Xenon out based on this.
CB looking for a partner is slightly town.
Unvote; Vote: Andres
He's disappeared all of a sudden. We know he's around, though.

Re: The House of Origin [IN PLAY]
My issue with Xenoneb is that he has precisely three posts, none of which have come since the game actually started, and yet he's not even on khaan's WoG radar. Clearly, there's something going on behind the scenes with him.
-
Re: The House of Origin [IN PLAY]
Khaan's rules are:
Quote:
WOKs(Wrath of Khaan) will occur if a person does not vote 3 rounds in a row
Or four missed total. There will not be any further exception to this. It wouldn't be fair to us as players. No seasoned host would betray us thus.
Jolt and Xenon will be WoKed today. If they really are not, well, that will be the prompt for lynches and vigs.
-
Re: The House of Origin [IN PLAY]
Just spoke with khaan, he's about to come in and say leaving Xeno off the WoK list was an oversight.
Unvote: Xenoneb
-
Re: The House of Origin [IN PLAY]
My apologies, simply error on my part missing xenoneb. He will suffer wrath of khaan as well as Jolt if he does not vote.
-
Re: The House of Origin [IN PLAY]
Okay, let's look at the list.
Quote:
Andres, auto, Buddha, Ishamel, GH, Xeno, Lazy
Andres hasn't posted anywhere since the 19th. I think RL's getting the better of him right now.
autolycus hasn't posted in this thread since his initial sign-up, he's another one you might have to add to the WoK list @issaikhaan
Buddha, I'll defer to you guys on, we'll leave him be with his game for now.
I'm not including myself obviously, and Xeno's most likely WoGbait, so we're leaving him off too.
This takes us down to Ishmael and LazyMcCrow.
Let's take a look at Ishmael's most recent post:

The same is true for the group that killed Zack. I stand by my list of probable townies earlier, and as Montmorency mentioned particularly Makrell, who contacted three of us (but not me ) trying to protect Pizza, which seems a fairly legitimate townie move considering the likelihood that he would be attacked.
As today's writeup showed, there are (most likely) two mafia groups, but there were also two separate groups of two attackers in the N1 writeup as well:

Even if they were just the court’s royal poet, they would be armed and trained. No, we would wait for him to separate just a bit from his partner. There! He paused, letting the other go farther ahead, while he examined a sculpture of Hadan, God of War. Fitting, really. My partner raised his hand, giving the signal. I pulled a knife from my belt and curled around the pillar. With well-practiced aim, I let it fly, and it struck his knee, sending him buckling down. In a flash, my partner was behind the blasphemer, Atheotes, holding him in a knelt position. A quick flash of silver and the sound of freshly cut flesh was all the indication I needed that he’d slit his throat. We heard the drawing of a sword from sheath from Atheotes’ partner, who had noticed our escapades, and we bolted out of the temple before any unnecessary risk could be incurred.

Well, I’m not going to catch cold if I just take a few minutes, surely.
“JoanK, what is this?” a voice called from behind me. I turned around, and saw two members of the retinue I was unfamiliar with. “It looks like you’ve found quite the prize!”
“Indeed, I was surprised myself to find this in such good condition. Very strange, don’t you think?”
The two walked up and one put a hand on my shoulder. “Yes, it is in very good condition. Don’t you feel we should leave it like that?” he said.
“Well, of course, but I’m sure it won’t hurt too much to clean ourselves real quick, right?”
I barely saw the flash of silver as he withdrew a gleaming, curved dagger and swiped at me. I managed to stumble my way backwards just in time, barely avoiding a gash. However, in my haste, I tripped over my feet and fell straight backwards into the pool. I sputtered as I found it deeper than I’d first thought.
“DEFILER!” The attacker screamed at me. “YOU DARE SPILL BLOOD IN THIS SACRED FOUNTAIN?” What? They were the ones who attacked me! It was then I heard the splash behind me, and before I could turn, I felt two swords run clean through my chest. There were more, waiting in the pool this whole time? The wound…. Everything… so cold. I felt myself drifting into the darkness, and letting my face fall into the cold abyss.
Frankly, this is enough for me.

Re: The House of Origin [IN PLAY]
I was blocked again last night, this time by someone who put me to sleep.
No bees.
You know, I'm just a vanilla townie. You can keep blocking me all you like, it's a waste of your time. I joined a failed protection group last night which failed due to me and Double A.

No Visorslash, you and I are usually colluding or engaged in an epic duel. I need my personal space, you see.

You will note if you look carefully at the write-up that you quoted, that there were at least four attackers in the attack on JoanK. Now this doesn't necessarily mean that there were no mafia in the group, but it's pretty evident that it wasn't an all-mafia group, which is the point I was making.

Visor?

King? Emperor? ANYONE?

Re: The House of Origin [IN PLAY]
I have no idea what's going on.
Actually, that's not true. I am lying. I have a fantastic idea of what's going on.
But, Pizza is going to sit and level with the whole lot of you: It's not a rosy picture.
There's bad things a-happening. Pizza has come up with nothing but epic failure in every single one of Khaan's games that he's ever played, in memory. Each failure more spectacular than the last.
Though, Chicago Soiree was in a class of its own.
I have a vague idea of what's happening, but none of it is helpful to me, in fact, knowing what's happening only makes things more discouraging.
I shall spare you the details. The bottom line: I am even more useless than a townie who has no idea what's happening.
I am a frustrated and lonely pizza.
I have a vote.
Point me at a thing that needs to die. I shall vote for it.
Pray, for your sake, that thing is guilty.
