Cold war Crisis. [Concluded]

One question (About the map. :P) Why is the Yemen Arab Republic painted as part of Saudi Arabia? They were never part of the same State.

Um, kinda because there was afew graphical errors when I copied the map and I had little to no prio knowledge of yemen until now so I didnt notice. :sweatdrop:

I am sorry but if GB, Japan and China(I think) want there trade, you need to do something about those "Pirates" (Because he is stealing your Defense bonus....:laugh4:)

What exactly are two very well developed nations and one with unlimited manpower going to do with a single point of land tech?

Most Nations only have a defense of 4-5....My trade goods give them 5-6...it basically a boost to that:laugh4: but I don't care....I still trade with Landlocked Nations...:bow: It's basically there Problem....not mine:juggle2:

Earlier this week the Turkish government confirmed the suspicions that a series of Turkish shipping comapanies has been the subject of terroist attacks over the last month with their ships sunk, warehouses demolished and their cargo stolen. In a blitz attack of staggering proportions Turkeys capability to export trade goods over sea has been destroyed and the likely hood that it will be restored in the next three months is nil. The Prime minister has yet to declare anything about these attacks but something is clear; Turkey is not as secure as we had earlier believed.

I'm guessing that white_eyes isnt a very popular person at the moment. Turkey cant trade with anyone who isnt on the same continent for this turn

Who stands to profit from Turkey not beeing able to trade? NPC nations?

Well, Syria does.

I still don't get why 1) Turkey invaded Syria or 2) why Eygpt and Saudia Arabia are attacking both me and Turkey. 3) I went in on Iraq on the pretext of peacekeep and overthrowing a dictator who was killing his own people. It worked for America in 2003.

Well you two attacking two neutal countries without provocation at the same time pretty much painted a "we're conspiring to take over the entire region" sign over your heads.

There was a provocation! Iraq was using governmental forces, shooting down Shia Muslims. As a Shia majority nation nextdoor, I had to act. Just because you was cruel and not actually put it inthe write-up about what was actually going on in Iraq, shows you are mean. :cry:

Also, Iran formerly told Turkey not to invade Syria.

Saddam Hussein in response to the civil uproar put the state in emergency and opened fire on Muslim people, causing the Great Islamic Republic of Iran, to send troops over the border to stop this outrage and throw out the infidel from his office.

During this time, the opportunist member of NATO, the American Infidels Puppets, decided to attacked the nation of Syria. Iran does not condone this behaviour of Turkey and demands that NATO should stop meddling in Middle-Eastern affairs.

Also during this crisis, the nations of Saudi Arabia and Egypt decided to declare war on the Islamic Republic of Iran. Iran has recalled it's diplomats from Egypt and Saudi Arabia and calls for do conduct a ceasefire so talks may me held between our nations.

Iran whether or not You condone the attack on Syria is a bit irrelevent at this point. Now the only friend you are going to find in the Middle east is Turkey!

Same, I got some nice trade bonus from people and items they sent me, such as Body armour for example. I wonder what my actual stats are, I should have got a significant increase.

Come to think of it, I'm not too sure how warfare works. Do more developed nations actually divide their men into the navy, army, air force, and such?

I believe that Greyblades has simplified things so that Armies=everything. When they are on Water they are naval units. When they are on land they act as Infantry, Armor, and Airforce.

Personally I prefer it that way, keeps things simple......

Your belief is correct. I'm having trouble keeping track of everything as it is, if I was dicking around with different unit types I'd either quit from exaustion or have to get a co-host. it's looking like I will need one anyway though. :dizy:

Upset in the senate house.


Despite the obvious criticism, 牛島 announced the plan to send the Self Defense Force Navy to Somalia, to stop the pirates attacking the ships.

"Don't you know the current situation?" asked 牛島 to the members of the communist party and the democrats. "Five of our ships were attacked, two were captured, and three was rescued by our British friends. We have to at least take care of our ships." he said.

牛島 also changed the constitution to allow the Self Defense Force to save non Japanese ship in the area, in the event of pirate attacks.

寺内　昭 of the communist party comments "He is completely twisting article 9 of the Japanese constitution. Attacking pirate ships who aren't attacking our ship is a violation of this constitution!"

To this 牛島 replied "Then perhaps you could go over there and talk senses in to those pirates. Don't worry, they'll only be a few hundred foreigners dead because our Self Defense Force didn't do anything when they could have."

This comment provoked a massive fist fight in the senate house. 15 senators were injured.

Commander of the 海上自衛隊 supports the action of 牛島.
