I have returned from Amsterdam in one piece!!
Are you gone wright a AAR about that??? :yes:Quote:
@horst nordfink I have returned from Amsterdam in one piece!!
I foresee screenshots of fat doobies and large, robust, Dutch titties....
There were plenty of big fat doobies, but there were no titties. My girlfriend would not have been pleased.
I think someone else would have to write the AAR though, because there are a couple of patches that have slipped me by. Fortunately there are plenty of photos that have been taken, and some I even remember posing for!
Thank God for facebook!
As i pass by the open door of the tavern i heard someone talking about titties, and so i decided to drop by.
Servus, all.
My name is Ciprian, i'm from Romania, the province of Transylvania(but i haven't seen any vampires so far:embarassed:). Bartender give me a shot of palinca (it's a traditional brandy made of plums or pears about 56% alcohol:dizzy2: ), and a round for all patrons in this joint.
I'm 29 years old so you don't need to see my ID.
What do i do for living do you ask?
Well, i'm a financial consultant in a firm that is specialized in project management.
I don't have kids yet, but in december my daughter will be born:laugh4: ( the most probable date of birth will be between 18 -22 of December)
Greetings Ciprian, thanks for the drink(sounds pleasant, although @56% alcohol, perphaps no smoking) Best wishes with your daughter, and may you have few sleepness nights(babies=:Zzzz: or ~:mecry:)Quote:

You know, all these hard whiplashes all the day, man my whole back looks like a Phalangitai after some badass Cataphracts charged into them.
And now give me a drink. Aquavit, please.
Welcome friend, put your feet up, just don't over do it, the slave labour camp is being turned over looking for you as we speak, besides not everyone can be trusted, those amongst who fear your presence hear might mean some delayed juicy intro videos, might hand you over.Quote:

I have a 2 year old daughter, but it really doesn't change much. I'm a little more experienced, but all fathers feel a certain level of fear and uncertainty when a new life is on the way, no matter how many kids you have.
Well, good luck. Just wait until he starts walking and saying da-da....good shit. :2thumbsup:
I hadnt heard the guild would send you a happy b-day message, thats kinda cool
hows it goin' bootsiuv?
Pretty good....I recieved no such message, and my birthday was yesterday. :(
Perhaps I didn't enter my birthday, or they think 26 year olds are too old to recieve birthday messages... :P
EDIT: Heh, after looking at my profile, it occured to me that I've never written anything in there.
Well, I keep walking by this place every night and finally decided to wander in and check out the clientele...I'll have a Don Julio Reposado (the finest tequila known to Man) and a pint o' Bass...
I'm Phil, a wildlife conservation biologist (I think this is a first for the Tavern, eh?) from Minnesota. Yeah, I know...an eco-guy with a raging thirst for military history...not sure I really understand that one myself. Must have been my hard-ass Marine father...never took me out hunting or fishing, but had one tremendous library of history books...I'm one of the few older folks here amongst the crowd (mid-40s) and had a long history of digging deep into WW2 literature as I was growing up -- mostly late-war Eastern Front stuff. But then my older brother turned me on to R:TW about a year ago and I was an instant convert.
This is a really new period of history for me and -- by starting to work through books in "the EB Bibliography", learning from the experts here in the Tavern and elsewhere, and playing the game itself -- it's been a fantastic new hobby (much to the angry chagrin of the wife, but I gotta do what I gotta do, y'know?). I'm having a blast!!
Really looking forward to knockin' back a few with all of you as the Minnesota Arctic winter approaches...but I may have to pass on the Jager-bombs in favor of that bottle of Don Julio there on the shelf...pour me a double, will ya Bootsiuv? Now there's some fine drinkin'...
Howdy Phil!
And Happy birthday Bootsiuv! *orders Nikka whisky to everyone*
Here's a toast to you and your favorite subject: vaginas!
Cheers...
Thanks friend....I'll always drink to that. :beam:
It was my birthday on the 27th! Starting to feel old now!

Good times.
Have a round on me....
~

Happy birthday to you all.:birthday2: Have a drink on me. Mine was on 29'th (an i just turned 29-so it is i who should feel old)
I'll be 38 next birthday :shame:
you young whipper snappers
I need a pint
oh incidentally if any of you happen to be in my neck of the woods from the 25th to the 27th of October you'll have to pop into my tavern....well its not strictly a tavern its more of a beer festival.
52+ real ales on sale plus at least 5 real ciders all lovingly prepared and sampled by my good self....bliss :2thumbsup:
I wouldn't mind giving them there Ciders a test or three.
I've just turned 40 recently(can't tell ya what pressie er in doors got me) now when I was young we didn't play wargames on blinkin PCs, it were all done on table top..............
Ah yes, Digby...I remember those good ol' days as well. True table-top board wargaming: wobbly stacks of infantry units , the endless dice-rolling, stacks of hit probability charts...good times, good times...
A belated Happy Birthday, Bootsiuv!
My bad Horst....I couldn't remember if you said you were 22 or 23.
@everyone else....
Thanks for the happy birthday....and if you have/had a birthday recently....here's a round on me.
Cheers
~
No worries Boots, did well to remember the age range!
I haven't had a drink since Sunday night, couldn't face it after Amsterdam. Think I might find myself a couple tonight.
Why the hell not!!
I just had a drink... Or ten... My head is sore...
Cheers...
:coffeenews:
Word around town is that the esteemed team members plan on releasing 1.0.
By looking at the EB Teaser 3 thread....I am happy to see that the EB propaganda machine is alive and well.
Our evil EB Landlords just love to torture us poor peasants....
Here's a round to the EB team as a congratulations for completing another great step in the EB Legacy...
~
And here's a general whip in the nads for screwing with our heads....
:whip:
:2thumbsup:
I don't know Boot... You know how this things go. You heard from a guy who knows a guy...
Maybe I should strol to the dark alley in the back and squese some information out of some more shady characters...
*drinks a double scotch thinking on the dirty work ahead*
Cheers...
Aparrently esteemed EB member walks into the local kapeleion and hears the kapelos voicing the following:
thinks "good then we can stick to this approach". Says: one scotch for me too, please!Quote:
