Alright Amazing, you're cleared for now b/c I have bigger fish to fry although if you were trying to help us; you should been less sneaky about it. At least I know what you meant by selling knives. Don't worry, you're weren't the only neutral faction in this game. I'm was one of them before the Beefy episode.

I agree with FactionHeir that we have to lynch Andres. He hasn't been around and no one has seen him during night phases. That would mean that he isn't in the game anymore (not very likely) or he is up to no good. Another good target is Kyros since someone said they were attacked by him and he hasn't even responded to the accusation. In fact he hasn't even been active since Day 1 with his one post of wanting to be welcomed. In conclusion, I will hold off on Andres, for the moment and try to get rid of Kyros.

There were no guards ordered to patrol the Medical Wing last night.
Master Assassin follows orders; if told to eliminate witnesses and given enough cash, he will do so; otherwise, he fights only as neccesary.

Although nuetrals can join the mafia side, no-one can be forcibly recruited.

Prior to last night, I had no idea how my strength would stack up against anyone else's. My stats and equipment seemed reasonable, and I augmented them a little by buying a shield, so I thought I had a reasonable chance - but it's difficult to guess when you don't know how strong anyone else is.

Andres has been mostly absent from this game, and I've been suspicious of him from the beginning. He was here earlier today, but all he did was post a status list - nothing at all regarding his thoughts. I'd like to get his opinion on the proceedings. So FoS: Andres.

I GOT attacked!

Kryos looked up, cradling his left arm as his name was called; his eyes went wild and darting. Then in one swift movement he stood, drew his short sword and charged Shaterus, revealing broken links in his chain mail and crude self-applied bandages underneath. Shaterus, was unfortunately more prepared than yesterday. He flung out his left arm in a horizontal swing, blocking the blade with a steel vambrace even as he took a step forward, head coming back before snapping forward, skull meeting face in a spray of blood.
Kryos staggered back, sword-arm rising instinctively to hold his broken nose, but Shaterus moved with unbelievable speed, slamming a knee up into Kyros’ groin and stepping back again as the man automatically hunched forward. Head drew level with chest, and Shaterus’ arm flashed out, elbow catching the bottom-back of his jaw and sending him reeling to the side. Still moving, Shaterus’ left hand snagged the sword out of the falling man’s hand and thrust it down as he knelt.
Kyros hit the ground already dead, his sword stabbed through the side of his neck, down into his chest and severing his heart. Shaterus knelt over the body for a long moment, staring avidly as the light went out of his eyes, then stood, twitching the hem of his red cloak out of the growing pool of blood shield-hand flexing constantly. "I didn't like him, either."

Tran, Waldinger said you were in the tree on the first two nights. What have you been doing since then?

Kommo, why exactly did you unvote The Amazing Me? I mean, he was/is scavenging in the pit for better equipment, walking around at night, not obeying the orders of FH and Zain to stay in the guest quarters, ... And the role he claims, "neutral warrior"...?

The Amazing Me is obviously guilty and I don't like the way how Kommo puts pressure on him first and unvotes him later for a reason (scavenging in the pit for better equipment) that makes TAM look even more scummy then he already was imo.

Kommodus displays the typical behaviour of a mafioso attacking his own teammate and then backing off just in time to avoid getting him lynched.

Finally, I also want to announce that I probably won't be able to post tomorrow and Friday. All saints + yearly family reunion :shrug:

I think its safe to exclude Andres as a suspect. If he's a mafioso, he usually retains his activity, although is slightly more neutral and less inquisitorial in his comments.

On the other hand he is using invisibility mode - a possible way of preventing us from realising that his claims aren't actually very truthful. May I ask why you are trying to hide your activity status from us?

As for The Amazing Me, I'm not quite sure. His posting does have an aura of scummyness lurking around it, but this could just be placed down to the fact that he is relatively new to the world of mafia.

Kommodus, on the other hand, did use classical mafia tactics, as Andres has pointed out. Voting for The Amazing Me and then removing the vote at just the right time to avoid his lynch. In addition, The Amazing Me was also pointing suspicion at Kommodus. This could be a hint of a, probably mafia, partnership.

But something still doesn't quite add up. Tran initially claimed he'd been attacked by Kyros. This led some of us to vote for Kyros. But then Kyros counterclaimed, saying he had been the one attacked (though he didn't say specifically who had attacked him; I had assumed he meant Tran).

What's the deal, Tran? Why did you claim you had been attacked by Kyros? :inquisitive:

I unvoted TAM because his claim concerning his whereabouts can be easily disproven if it's false, so I didn't think he'd make it if it wasn't true. Now that you mention it, just because he was scavenging in the pit last night doesn't necessarily make him innocent. I'll have to reconsider this.

I don't think this is exactly typical, Andres. Few mafiosi will actually try such stunts, especially for no reason. This is, of course, ultimately WIFOM, but I'm just pointing out the flaw in your logic. TAM may be guilty (as may I from everyone else's perspective), but it wouldn't make sense for us to try a trick like this together if we were teammates.

An unclear pm? My pm said something in the lines of somebody attacking me and Kyros, Kyros receiving a few blows, Tran coming to the rescue and cutting of an arm and me seeing the opportunity to give the attacker a stab with my knife. Can't quote the pm, but it sounded a bit confusing. Anyway, I think me and Kyros got attacked by Garcilaso, Tran came to help us, Kyros ran away, Tran inflicted a major injury to Garci and I finished the job with my knife.

+ We are nearing the end game. It's the perfect moment to pull of such a stunt. There's no flaw in my logic. Talking about logic, your reason for unvoting TAM was terrible. In fact, you unvoted him for a reason which was a very good one to keep your vote on him, instead of withdrawing it. It seems like you yourself used bad logic to unvote a player who is very, very, very likely to be guilty.

And then the "neutral" role he claimed :inquisitive: The last one I saw claiming a "neutral" role was The Stranger in pevergreens' game... The Stranger was guilty as hell.

I am not the only one using invisible mode here... It's not scummy.

Besides, since I got "greeniefied", I have alot more pm'ing to do.

I don't feel like having to explain why I was pm'ing at a certain moment over and over again in every mafia game I am participating in.

But I'll switch it off, because, on second thoughts, it might be considered an unfair advantage, since I can see through other players invisible mode while staying unnoticed myself.

I disagree Andres. My reason for unvoting TAM wasn't that bad, and it certainly wasn't (as you say) a reason to keep my vote on him. Everyone could have an interest in scavenging for equipment in the pit for the same reason (acquiring better equipment in order to fight better). The fact that he was occupied with scavenging/beating me up means, at the least, that he wasn't actively killing anyone else this particular night (unless he's somehow able to move really quickly and do a bunch of stuff in the same night - unlikely). Since a bunch of people did die, I felt that there were better lynch candidates - specifically those without alibis. Kyros was one of them, since he didn't show up to defend himself until it was very, very late, and you didn't tell us of your contact with him until the lynch was done.

Though your point about the fishiness of TAM's claimed role is noted. TAM, do you have any other evidence that could back up your role?

(Also Andres, for the record, I think you should keep invisible mode on. Just don't abuse your moderator powers by watching other people's profiles.)

The description of TAM's role sounds believable enough; I too was a neutral faction at the start of the game. In fact, I was using Beefy's unconscious corpse as bait but that didn't really turn out very well. That was when I decided to put my personal interests aside and help out the town. But, now I must go back to my prime directive and find that vampire. All those people who died with blood sentences were b/c of my inability to find that vampire. I must forget and once again become the Vampire Hunter. So if you're going to kill anyone tonight, vampire, I'll be in the courtyard waiting for you.

I don't know how vampires work in this game, but most of them can't take the blood from dead bodies unless they have died within the last 12 hours.
The only problem is that we can't verify where the TAM was when he went back into the guest quarters. Besides, there were already attacks on people during the day so I don't think a vampire would have to resort to going to the pit to get blood. I don't think it would be him but you never know.

As for the paleness, the only explanation I can think of is nervousness. I'll be honest and say I was/am kind of suspicious of you, Draconian. Craterlin was on full alert for a trap when we exchanged shields.

Haha. I think that's an elaboration by the hosts. I never came up with Craterlin's catchphrase, maybe it was shlin. Not that I mind, it's pretty cool.

Anyway, I'm not so suspicious now. The transaction went down smoothly (edit: although, im not too happy about all the people that died in our absence). However, it's your alibi from the killings (as well as mine), so I'm not suspicious anymore like I said. Unless you used some of your excess gold on hiring out the Master Assassin, but I think that's unlikely.
