Time to let other players gain experience in those hotseats... Practice makes perfect...Quote:

So it was you're prince turned rebel. I forgot to check his name, but it was Knud Haakonsson then. Good riddance to that Norse dog. ;)
Can't say that the Norse have it easy in this one... But there is nothing like challenge to bring the best (some might say the worst...) in me...
I almost wish I could keep playing... The situation is ... interesting...
If I had a say in this matter (but I dont since I'm a sub :p) I would vote for you, Tristan, replacing Cheetah permantently. Or atleast until he announces that he is "back on track" and has time to play. The 24 hour wait after every Scottish turn slows down the game.
:laugh4: Too bad we don't have a story thread for the game, that'd be very a very itneresting occurrence.
You may have the first confirmed unit turned rebel in a hotseat game, Tristan. From experience I was starting to think that maybe units didn't go rebel in these games.

Crap, and all this time I thought the only IC thread was the council one. :clown:

I had some 2-3 units of pikemen rebel last turn. So he's not alone in his misery. ;)
scotland has always been a hotbed of rebellion
It was no great loss in fact... I haven't been able to do anything with him in any subbed turn as he had been defeated repetedly...Quote:

Phonicsmonkey, I'm done with the save. Ireland's up. :2thumbsup:
Tristan, that's interesting. Until it was beat the first time (before you subbed) that was one of Cheetah's most productive armies. He said the units had high experience, and they did deal heavy casualties, even when they lost. I think they also killed the Irish King. Guess they finally got whittled down too far.
Hi - I'm looking in the uploader for Britannia-12-2 but I don't see it
can you post the link?
Sorry, I copied the link but forgot to post it.
Had trouble with the uploader, had to use the backup one.

cheers, I'll get to it now
well, here's the save for wales
have you heard from roadkill since last time, or would you like me to sub again?
http://www.mizus.com/files/pbm/Britannia-12-3.zip
Well, Roadkill did read my last pm, but never replied to it. I suppose we can go ahead and have his turn subbed for now.
so, here's the turn for scotland

I'll just walk my dog and then I'll put my teeth into it. :D
The Scotland turn is done, Norway is up.

Should I keep on subbing ?
If so, I should be able to play it tomorrow (if not tonite)
Well, I think so. Since Cheetah hasn't got in touch you should keep going. It's just unnecessary waiting otherwise.
Unless Zim has any objections ...
that sounds both cruel and unhygienicQuote:

The Scottish Prince has followed his father in the grave...
ouch - that's three Kings now the Norse have killed...one of Ireland and two of Scotland
I'll try to get to this asap, but my wife may not appreciate me playing on the computer on Valentine's Day (only online now because I'm waiting for something to cook).
Any luck there, Zim ?
