Re: Visor's Small Mafia Game [In Play]
What is the case on Riedquat?
-
Re: Visor's Small Mafia Game [In Play]
See, here's the thing. Dp is if anything even more scummy to me on re-read. I'm aware of confirmation bias, but still. His reads are, as you say, limp; his posting comes off as exceedingly self-conscious in places, etc.
Riedquat's just your garden variety shitposter with the possible exception of that one post feeling a little off with its 'prodding' of the day's main attraction. There's no real read here; there's no there there.

Why would you do that given your suspicion of Dp101?

See other comments. The one post of his that I highlighted looks like it might have been him taking a poke at a townie Dp who was currently getting grilled, without getting his hands dirty. Basically showing no real willingness to engage with the game.

You know what, I think DP needs to be resolved today. Is there a way to confirm you without lynching you?
Vote: Dp101
Whatever happened to "Dp must be resolved today"?

I feel like Dp is going to hang himself sooner or later if he's scum (maybe even if he's town), while posters like Riedquat are as hard to evict as mold in your shower. I'm not sure I'm keeping my vote where it is. It's hard to give up an actual read for potential long-term considerations and the repercussions of being wrong.

Duh...I did not find anything. Hence the qn.
I did not qn your vote because you already stated you dont want to lynch the top poster.
Monty is also voting to save Dp.

Re: Visor's Small Mafia Game [In Play]
Neither bandwagon looks all that clean to me. Watch them be town/town.

Re: Visor's Small Mafia Game [In Play]
The more Renata talks, the more I get the feeling I should follow through with my initial read of Renata scum.

I think i have played only one game with DP. he was universally town read. Pocketed by the scum and voted with them the whole game. He had the intent of "doing the right thing" throughout the game even when he was wrong about the conclusions he came to.
Here he is just trying to get out of the lynch and doesnt care who gets lynched in his stead.
I can understand people defending him yesterday. But I am very suspicious of anyone who is defending him now.

Well, it's tied now. Unless someone else switches it's up to chance.

Re: Visor's Small Mafia Game [In Play]
I guess we have abt 9 mins to see who breaks the tie.

Re: Visor's Small Mafia Game [In Play]
Current Tally.
Riedquat - 5 (Choxorn, Stork, Al sips, Dp101, Monty)
Dp101 - 5 (GH, atheotes, Newyn, Askthepizzaguy, Renata)
Montmorency - 2 (El barto, Scarlett Aria)
Al Sipsclar - 1 (Bsmith)
Choxorn - 1 (Riedquat)
Newyn - 1 (Zack)
-
Re: Visor's Small Mafia Game [In Play]
Either way, Al Sips needs to die.
-
Re: Visor's Small Mafia Game [In Play]
newyn is here and mentioned nothing about the wagons which is riveting

Re: Visor's Small Mafia Game [In Play]
Morning all.
I power-read the past four pages in 10 minutes, can sort of see the case on Riedquat but not budging on DP.

Re: Visor's Small Mafia Game [In Play]
Also if Renata can pull off this level of conversation with Stork if they're m/m after five years out of the game then she deserves a damn medal. Going to safely rule that one out.

You noticed a difference in performance, yet you don't think this is explained by the fact that he has been the lead wagon for most of the day and in the other game he was never seriously at risk of the lynch, at any time?
You don't realize that these vastly different circumstances can produce a difference in reaction?
Especially given that this is D1? And that otherwise he has behaved just as we would expect from town DP?
As I said: come off it.

I dont think these "changes in circumstance" explain his behavior.
