Hello everyone, I have been a member for quite some time, but I have devoted all my time (at the org) into visiting the EB forum. I recently decided to do some more searching and broaden my range, thus finaly I decided to say hello here at the newcomers thread!
Little about my Total War gaming activities (dunno if it's necessary but, hell, I'll say it):
Been playing RTW since it came out, after that switched to some mods until I finally stuck to EB for good :P
Now I'm thinking of purchasing M2TW (what is your oppinion, along with a good suggestion for a modification of the game) after experimenting with Barbarian Invasion.

Helo, I'm new here and would like to introduce myself. I'm a big fan of all the Total War games I've played, I thoroughly enjoyed both Shogun and Medieval but have yet to play any of the others because my laptop only has a CD and not a DVD Rom.
Anyways, I look forward to posting here amongst likeminded fans of the series.

Hey, I am Carlos Matthews, a 19 year old student living in London. I have a Spanish mother and an English father and have lived in London all my life. I do enjoy a good book, a good film, a good music concert and of course a good night out.
I have been a total war-er for a few years now, my favourite game in the series being Rome by far positively fuelled by my love of Roman history. I hope my stay is long and fruitful.

My first post here ~:) (although visitor since 2005)
Enjoyed Shogun TW, and found in RTW and M2TW almost everything I wanted from a game.
However I have spent far more time setting up humble minimods than playing the game itself
Also, I like to move around with files using with hex-editor, and recently that allowed me to decode
M2TW packfiles and finish a repacking tool (currently without compression)

It means "Will of the Basileus", it's a forum game some of us are playing based on EB. Check the Throne Room's subforum appropriately called "WotB".

I have a feeling I'm going to enjoy my time here. Never really had a chance to find people who enjoy TW as much as I do. I'm an active Rome: Total War player, but I am looking to get my hands on Medevial 2. I played it on my cousins computer a year or so ago for an hour or two and I loved it, mainly because I played as Denmark and won the Crusades on my own. Hopefully I'll be just as good at Medevial 2 as I was at Rome. But all that aside, I have a feeling I'll enjoy my stay here.
