Really, John, what's your policy on recurring/continuous actions and orders?
Example?
I.e. informal economic arrangements.
No need to reorder them each phase, they'll last until rescinded or the factions are at war.

*shrug* probably, but for the last few days I've been playing all four lannisters on my own, so I havent exactly had much opportunity to refine my tywin. Not to mention, I am not tywin, I only have a rough estimate on what he would do and right now I think he would belittle stannis by making his fool take your messages.
