Eh… he took his vote off spaceman which made our *claimed* vig dangerously lynchable. otoh he took his vote off someone who is a post-facto proven townie, so the meatbag deserves some cred.

Better reads? He thinks my august foghat-gray person is scummy.

Re: Futuramafia [In Play]
Oh no it's gonna be one of those games with all these tiny conversations going on at once. I thought I remembered the org being closer to the slower style that I'm used to, with lots of meaty posts and focused conversation that you can really dig into. How you people manage to glean anything meaningful from all these one sentence posts I'll never know, but I guess I have to try.
Since there's no way I'm going to be able to re-read the thread for the next day phase, I'll give my impressions on whatever I can call up off the top of my head now, while they're still somewhat fresh in my mind:
Wagons:
didn't understand the El Barto or spaceman wagons at all. Can anyone give me a summary for how these happened? That's where I really started to get lost in the muck trying to read through the 8 extra pages, esp. as it seemed like there was a lot of switching back and forth. El Barto sort of looked like an answer to the Crimson Fox wagon, but I don't know where spaceman came from at all. (This isn't accusatory necessarily, I am genuinely confused by the sequence of events here and it's clouding my thinking)
Crimson Fox wagon, I jumped on because I thought it was time to get off the joke vote and that looked like an interesting angle to explore, but I was actually finding the fox somewhat wolfy in his reactions. Have to wait and see what becomes of the vig claim I guess. Can't say I particularly believe or disbelieve it but I could imagine a world where it becomes provable based on interactions if there are trackers or watchers running around.
There were others...was Novice one? I'm getting a mildly wolfy vibe off of novice. (Or at least I was from the DP novice interactions)
Other vibes
Cuthillius feels off but his GitP play (which I'm more used to) is always way different from his play in these fast paced games and it throws me off every time. What's messing with my head especially this time is that I very strongly agree with him on DP. That's my only really strong town lean right now. I think I remember meshing with him on a couple other reads too. His slight town read on me felt a little weird because I think I had made like three posts at that point and they were all super low key.
Visor...I have no idea. I can't keep track of what Visor's actual reads are. It feels like they've flip flopped a bunch.
Biggest wolf vibes are from Murska, ATPG, and Montmomrency:
Murska and ATPG both potentially lying low. I know this accusation could apply to a lot of people (yours truly included) but these two actually feel restrained based on my expectations. Murska's Cuthilius vote also sticks out as especially weird to me. As for Montmomrency, I really don't like the super general posts inserted in the midst of all the action. Did he actually give any comments on what was actually going on in thread or was it all filler so he could look like an active contributor without having to risk anything?

Re: Futuramafia [In Play]
okay that is really towny
welcome to my town pile
the org is more CFC'y, generally, but there are a bunch of offsiters this game that are collaborating with me, zack, and takh to spam a lot of posts
also some of the orgers are posting more than usual
like i've seen you wolf a fair often
this is not wolfpelican

I used two sentences in my last post. Can't you read?

Agreed, unless you and cuthillius are mafia together, in which case I would look at him next because of how the reads have lined up.

you have great reads, but they're interspersed with some really terrible ones
this is why you/zack is a potent combo

Agree fully with this, we might need to take a look at the lurkers soon.

Re: Futuramafia [In Play]
I liked the novice wagon but understand that most of his practitioners went off it to hit spaceman (and I followed).
Certainly want to see a focus on him next phase.
-
Re: Futuramafia [In Play]
kill cuth for those terrible posts
-
Re: Futuramafia [In Play]
Warning:ATPG is likely just reining in his posting
because he doesn't want to scare off all the ORG and CFCers again

Not sure why the push on Novice? Sure, he was overly aggressive earlier, but he recognised he was tunneling and apologised. Anyone willing to lay the case out for me?
