Just a small question - this election of Tsar, would it be carried out by boyars only or by others as well? Given the current situation it should be clear that if the boyars have the sole vote, Vasili will have no chance of winning, while if some among the merchants, "bourgeoise" and/or farmers have a strong enough voice, it's likelier that Vasili will win the vote. Also remember that Vasili initially got to power by a coup, which is easy to repeat since the last time the necessary support for the coup came from boyars. I don't quite understand what the intention behind, and the way of implementation of, this vote suggestion is... :confused:

If peace does not reign, then rebel, join Wladyslaw who brings you rights and titles.

I apologise for the small revelation. I do not look for war. I just look forward to nations keeping their sons to themselves. To be honest, it is not like Wladysclaw is Dmitri who was at least a real Russian. I suggest someone a little less removed from the Polish family, or at least for him to be formally drawn out of the family preelection. If he looses the election, he would probably start a Polish backed coup, and I want your word that as far you will support him is to this day. I will stand by my peace if this happens. Can one blame me for looking after my nation, after the glory and preservation of his people?
I suggest a joint rule of checks and balances, none of us gaining too much power, all decisions debated and agreed upon by myself and Wladysclaw. (I assume Legio would play Wladysclaw) We would both reign from Moscow so that we may make decisions quickly and personally debate the issues facing (not just mine, but Wladysclaw's too) our people. I believe this to be fair and peaceful.

Wladyslaw will be removed from the Polish Family line.
The election will take place in Novograd. There the Tsar will be elected by th boyars. I have no problem wiht legio playing Wladyslaw.

We hereby announce a trade treaty which will improve trade for both Denmark and Spain. Both independent Spanish merchant ships and ships of their fleet will be given free entrace to our port in our colonies. In return, Spain recognizes the Danish trade colony in mainland India, and our colony in western Africa. The mainland India colony will remain Danish and abide by Danish law and taxation, but not be expanded any further. In return, the Danish merchants will be allowed to construct a number of small trading posts in designated places in some Spanish mainland India colonies, where they will abide by Spanish laws and pay Spanish taxes above any taxes imposed on them by Danish regulations. These trading posts will be garrisoned by in total a maximum of 200 Danish troops. There has also been an agreement for allowing Spanish ships, including military ships, to enter Danish harbors in our colonies - both the mainland Indian and the West African colony. All Danish merchants are expected to follow the rules laid out by this treaty from the 1st of June this year.

The Holy Father condemns the French declaration of war on the Holy Roman Emperor. What are the motives and goals of such aggression? The Emperor is a good ruler who has brought stability and God-fearing to the Empire at a time when God has sent us so many riots and bloodshed to remind us of our sins. I will not end the conflict with Brandenburg untill he accept to come to trial in a neutral court made up of the most prominent men of law in the free cities of the Empire. I have once already called for this.
As for the treaty of Ausburg I have set right the infingment upon it my brother commited in frail old age.
If this is not acceptable, then I can see only war ahead.
I would like the Fench to give reason for their apparent grievences. Apart from me scolding a traitor and rebel of the Empire, I have never infringed upon my Lords rights.

We ask the Fench king to give justification for his war, other than his apparent want for German Land, which the Spanish so easily gave up.
