Reenk you lie to detective in a mafia game after he has been proven innocent by attack on mafia. What a brilliant strategy to help the town. I dont know how many times i have to tell you that i wasnt even a bit intrested about you until Sasaki informed me that you lied to him about being the Doctor. You can build up any conspiracy theories in your head as much as you like, but if you lie to the detective in a mafia game he will come after you if he catches you of doing that.:dizzy2:
1) I don't believe in "coincidence"...Quote:

4) No, you did it and got Kage lynched. I did it and nearly got Seamus to go for gold.
5) See Don's case.
I agree that I was a good suspect, but the absolutely arrogant and dogmatic way you three went on about it was what was mistaken. IT DOES NOT FOLLOW THAT A LIAR=MAFIA! I was lying for a good cause.Quote:

Hilarious. Wow, I only tried to help Mafia because you all looked so retarded thinking that you had won the game and patting yourselves on the back. When I was going after Kage, I was trying to help the town...
I'm not going to. You guys should though... :yes:Quote:

On topic, Sir Moody. Strange man. But why aren't disco and X posting?
1) I'm not going to bother doing the calculation, but I would expect a pretty low p-value would be needed to disregard that occurrence as variation. Certainly lower than .05...Quote:

3) The fact that several people saw validity in the case argues against it. Also, I never have seen a detective uncover a special role, only get innocent and guilty results. Even Csar said that he wouldn't let detective uncover roles after this game...
4) What about me in Mafia V? I did it not knowing anything about the detective. I didn't know who would speak up. In fact, I had responses ready to argue against the real detective.
Sasaki, people are going to lie about having roles. The Spartan, theRTWguru, and me. The reasons are going to vary, but it happens, almost once every 2 games... The fact that all of you showed such confidence in my guilt is telling. Look where it got you...
I was never given the chance to drop it. I knew you were trying to play me from your first reply. What could I do but push it? After all, Kage only had one vote, maybe I could convince the rest? That's why I committed suicide...Quote:

If it's Disco, he's done a stellar job at seeming unmafia-like.... I don't believe it's Don, and Dutch seems to be cleared by online times.
vote: Sir Moody
I don't know who to suspect, but I do know that Csar broke his own rules by having night follow day 3 hours, not 24 hours later like that. That he's sending emails around telling people the game's over, when it's really not, seems patently unfair. If we lose, the mafia didn't win... Csar handed the game to them.
Vote: Csar.
and now X un balances the "tied" vote - the online times prove nothing really i was on yes but i dint read this thread until the morning after the kills were posted - at the time Reenk commited suicide Disco and Don were on as well so it could equally be them
basically al lwe have to go on is this
Don C was acting very very odd at the begining of last round throwing all kinds of wacky consipracy stroies all over the place after i voted for him... even after i withdrew my vote he kept it going...
Disco - Disco has been quite recently - odd as he has been on - he also took part in 2 bandwagons (one i started admitadly) he also "hid" for the begining of the game and suddenly appeared when we started a lynch the lurkers campaign
its one or the other - Dons knee jerk defence has me pretty certain its him but disco is showing classic mafia signs (inactivity and bandwagoning)
but it looks like we are going to lose as im the one going down and i AM innocent... guess you will have to take my word on that - can i get to throw rotten fruit at you all from the grave? it seems fair - Reenk can join in :idea2:
Okay, prior to the assasination attempt on Kagemusha, what evidence did anybody have that kagemusha really was the detective?
don you were ranting AFTER the first attempt on Kage...
Well, I've had my kicks. I'll do the honors before Csar shows up:

Yes, I was. But only because I hadn't read the kill descriptions closely, and the summary said that Kagemusha was 'saved'. I originally read that as follows:Quote:

I realize I was wrong in all of that, but that was my thought process. If Kagemusha WAS mafia, he'd know the doctor would be protecting him. He could have just ordered 1 hit and let the town assume the rest. It would have been pretty clever.
Now, question for all of you...
Until Kagemusha had an assination attempt on him, why did any of you believe him? We lynched Proletariat on nothing other than Kagemusha's unsubstantiated claim. We got lucky as far as I'm concerned, because it could have just as easily gone the other way.
Well, I believed him because he sniped my partner.Quote:

Yeah the games over. Me and RR decided to have a little fun.
RR and Prole were mafia.
Kage was detective
PP was Doctor.
I'll have a write-up on the events of the game tomorrow or later today unless the people don't want one.
...
See, I told you you were mafia. You just don't listen :p
Good, I didn't like to think you'd screw over the town like that. Well it was certainly dramatic.
Reenk though, we didn't suspect you at all until you sent that pm. We would probably have investigated Sir Moody or X. Still, you might have had a lot of trouble in the round of 3 with everyone else confirmed innocent I guess.
Csar https://img178.imageshack.us/img178/...motarghbr6.gif messing with us.Quote:

Hmm I find it hard to believe that anyone believed my kills. I'm such a horrible liar after all. Especially since I didn't let PP protect someone. But I figured that would be realistic I mean he was killed first. I mean WTH@!@@!@@#@:beam:Quote:

You play a tricky game Reenk https://img109.imageshack.us/img109/...motrockjy8.gif
Well, the last hour and a half have been quite.... strange...:inquisitive:
:balloon2:
Ahh.Sorry about my harsh words Reenk.Im just really sore looser and i have quite of temperament in me. Im really happy we won this game also the facts that i could reveal myself to individual people and found out roles in my investigations gave me lot more to play with my role. When the game started i couldnt believe that i got Prole in the first round. Since the first round the person i was most suspicious about was Csar, since it was too good to be true getting Prole and during the whole game i kept nagging to him that i suspected whether or not i was even the real detective. Also Ignoramus stunt in the middle game extended my paranoia even more.About my reveal, you should re-read my post about my strategy before i revealed myself. Since i was pretty sure that i would be traded on Prole.Basicly killed after or before her. I can still remember what happened to me against Sasaki vividly.I choosed to try to get an ally and from GeneralHankerchief i got an great one. First he helped me a lot to get the towns support and then by dying in hands of the mafia he garnered lot more support for me. In the endgame before i found Phil i was very worried about the fact that Reenk kept killing the same people i was investigating. But at this point i had Sasaki on my side. And i wouldnt be sure whether or not the end result would have been this without him and his work behind the scenes. Yesterday after Reenk had contacted me i was completely sure about town victory, but for the last time in this game Csar succeeded fooling me that things didnt go how i thought. I was so frustrated and angry that i had to get out of the chat and Org ,before i might say something i would regret and still today i was angry to Reenk how he could sabotage our game so badly. So my apologies to everyone for my harsh words. But in the end thanks for all the players and Csar for this great game! And cheers for the town we are Victorius!~
*pops into thread*
Man, this is the stangest mafia game I've ever seen...anyways...
Ha! You killed him in both games and got him angry enough to go after you. ~;pQuote:
Knocked off Kommodus in the first game, almost exactly as I knocked off Kommodus in Mafia V. While I really thought he would post less, it turned out to kill me in Mafia V (though he pretty much ignored Csar’s game for some reason).
Don - Kage's reveal was very similar to when he revealed early in Godfather 2 (I think).
Crazed Rabbit
So, at the end of the day, I should have believed Kagemusha because.... he said he was the detective? And it was suspicious of me to not just accept him at his word? Has anybody thought about how that's going to play out next time Kagemusha is mafia, not actually detective?
Yes. Kage claims, real detective claims, we lynch both. Good for town. It's the late game claims and the under pressure claims you have to watch out for.Quote:

Congratulations to the once-again victorious town, especially Kagemusha and Sasaki who were very effective in their pursuit of the mafia! Kage, you had some notable good breaks - identifying Proletariat in round 1 and learning of Peasant Phill's identity - and you put them all to good use. I apologize for abandoning this game and not being around to help the town, but in the end you didn't need me. :2thumbsup:
Congratulations to the mafia, Reenk Roink and Proletariat, on a game well-played. Prole, you sure had a tough break in the beginning, getting sniped by the detective before the game could get started. I would've liked to see what you could've done had you been mafia for longer - hopefully you get another chance.
And Reenkazoid, what can I say? You really don't like me much, do you? :skull:
Just kidding; I know it was all strategy and not personal. In this game it worked; my death caused me to abandon it. I'm not sure why; I guess I didn't feel like whispering from the dead in more than one game at a time.Quote:

Finally, thanks are in order to Csar for a game well-moderated. It was your first time, and I think you will get better, but this was not a bad first start at all. I respectfully disagree with your choice to give Kage the identity of Peasant Phill - in most games the detective only gets a guilty or innocent verdict, not the precise role of the target. But I think that overall, the game was fair regardless, and it was fun.
This game had a rather low level of discussion in the beginning, and I thought the mafia would take it... but ya'll came back and put the smack-down on the dastardly mafia once again! Three cheers! :balloon2: :balloon2: :balloon2:
Well this is how I looked at it. If the detective could figure out if people were mafia then why couldn't he figure out who the Doctor is. It just seemed logical to me.Quote:
