Official announcement from the German states in Reichstag
It is fitting that we as the new political entry in Europe, explain our motives for breaking our allegiance to the Austrian emperor. While the Reich has not been unified in any sense since the 30 years and even long before that it is our most sincere belief that we can not accept this Tyrant that styles himself as Holy Roman Emperor and his brutal and belletristic aggression against harmless states. While we do not wish to see the Empire dissolved be aware Leopold that we will fight to until ether we lay mangled in the field and streets of our cities fighting until the last breath for the Freedom that all German states enjoy or until you have Abdicated the Austrian throne and the position of Emperor. Thus do we call forth the Electors from all corners of the Empire to elect another Emperor. Let him lead us on the field of battle. We also call on Brunswick and Hanover to stop their alliance with Leopold I and join to this worthy cause. Lastly we wish to sate once again to the Emperor that the days of Tyranny and interference in state policies is over and we urge him to accept this fact and accept our conditions. To these aims do we promise our most sacred word, lives, and honor.

OCC2: secondly there is the matter of the German States in Reichstag. Basically this is NOT a new country or faction of any sort, but more of an alliance of German states with the aim of trying to check the Emperors power. While the Alliance has power to declare war, draw up treaties and determine military affairs it really can't do anything else so it would be wrong to call it anything but an alliance. So you can really veiw the Alliance as more of a civl war then anything else.

It has come to our attention that the Infedal turk is Once again threatening the gates Christanity. With such in mind it is our regret to announce that a state of war exsist between Vince and the Infidal. We shall see you on the battle feild, ready to once again throw back the Infidal mob like we have done before. Do not worry Austria we will hold with our treaty and assitst you untill the Muslim is seen off.
Persia must also announce its entrence into the war against the Ottomans citing threats to there security due to the arrgont exspanstionistic policies of the Ottomans.
OOC: I've gotten some 20 messsages so be patient I'll try to answer them as soon as I can.
@ Warman, the German states are rebelling (if you can call it that since the HRE empire only really exsisted in name at this point.) It's more of anti Austrian alliance. Decsions will also be going out this turn.
@Ichgo: Yes you proabably carry the most influence in the new alliance if you chose to join, There will be a choice in your descions dealing with this.

Bavaria is overly pleased by the turn of events. It has seemed war between the German States of Austria and us were inevitable, and now that Bavaria has secured its total independance from such a tyrant, we shall fight until peace comes and always watch our borders. bavaria is quite dismayed that Poland and England has seen fit to join such a tyrant and his evil plans of world domination, but we will fight you if neccesary.
As The German States know, Bavaria has been funding your cause for at least a year now, and will make sure you are not drawn intoi the Austrian Tytrants lands, Bavarian SOldiers shall be also lieing dead beside your soldiers if needed.
Bavaria will also be helpung the countries of Denmark, Sweden andPrussia with much strength, and Austria shall fall under the weight of 5 Nations. I, Augustus, King of Poland, first and foremost applaud the decision of the Persians to enter this conflict against the Turks. Secondly, must I remind the all-knowing Sultan of a certain agreement between Leopold of Austia and my predecessor, the great Jan III Sobieski? That led to Polish intervention in a certain siege which occured in 1683...and didn't go so well for you. :thumbsdown:

France is also shocked about the htreats against the lifes of souvereigns, which may have lost their minds, but yet are rulers by the grace of God!
We ask every nation for mitigation. Try to settle your conflicts and if this is impossible, try to limit them.
France also warns Austria to continue the unprovoked agression against the German states. Leave the independant town of Frankfurt at once. France
backs up Her promises for the German countries.
This is my last warning! If Austria does not call back Her armies from Germany, the French armies will blow them away.

We Thank Veince and Persia to joining also in Fighting against the Ottomans. I am sad to see other natinos declaring war on them, But we will go full against indfiels!

Do we think we will back down because of a threat from France? We are done neogationing with countries that likes to make threats, but can't seem to admit it unless they seem they doing something right. Austria will not fall to France, The German State Rebels or anyone else.

We did not have intention to conquer Denmark. We have troops in northern Denmark to deny access to their troops and warships, we will not let King of Denmark to rebuild his navy for his own ambition. Any effort by Denmark is useless if he NEVER stop hostility toward us. As for you Sweden, you refused to negotiate further in the peace treaty. But I appreciated the fact that you still have senses and willing to talk to us. It is such a pity that your ally do not.

These last few months have seen you enjoy much wealth under your new reigning monarch. I will remind you that I turned down the opportunity to rule you alone! OCC: THe Coalation forces lost 5,700 troops and Some ships I didn't add up (England,Poland/Saxony,Austria and others....) .vs. 4,000 dead from the Northern Allaince (Sweden,Denmark,etc....) and some ships.

We are coming onto Hard Times! The German States are now rebelling,The Ottomans Declare War on us and our Ally, Poland/Saxony, The French might Invade, and We got push back by the Sweds!
Do not Worry my People! The Sweds beat our army in one Battle! We had the element of suprise, outnumbered them, and still lost. But Wars Are NOT Won by winning 1 battle. We will Go to Sweden itself, with the help of our English Allies, Which already beat the Danish/Swedish navy, And a Sucessful Invasion of Mecklenburg to Liberate it!
The German States Wants to Rebel against Us! So Be it! We will kill them in the streets, and the one we do not kill, we will enslave them!
The Ottomans declared War on Us and Poland/Saxony! In Return, Our Allies, Perisa and Veince declare War on Them, only to have Sweden Declare War on Veince!
Our Armies are going to be Push to the Limit,Yes, But we will Hold!
DO you Think I am worried of a French Invasion? They could not Take Austria, They will not be even able to take Our Netherlands!
The Ottomans are Muslims, We can not let them Take us Over! Remember Vienna in 1683? DO you want them to try to take over us, Kill, Rape, and covert you to being a Heathen? DO you Want that? No!
So We Ask the Pope, To Declare War on The Ottomans, and All other Nations that support the Ottoman Invasion!
We will Also Send all Able Bodied Boys to a Mititlary Schools to learn Basic Fightign skills and Mitliarty History! After 1 1/2 months,you will gradute, and you will be told where to go (OCC: Ain't telling everyone my plans lol)
Fight, My Austrian People, We Must Fight, ANd We will Bring the Heads od Charles,The German Rebels, and Mustafa back to Vienna!
