I like to lighten my morning coffee up with some chocolate milk. Tastes better than black as well. Delightful.
Just watched Lousey Rousey get turned into a quivered mass of battered flesh that had to be peeled from he canvas. Pain and humiliation are hers and the beltbis Holm's. Good day.
This December McGregor's turn to collide with the freight train of reality. The sports two biggest chumps and phonies will be exposed fo what they are.
Rousey's striking game is awful. Holm absorbed her original bullrush and then it was lights out. Greg Jackson executed the perfect plan. Edmond is an awful coach who lucked out when Rousey walked through his door. She needs to jet him and quick.
Her mistake was thinking she could stand up to a serious striker. Bethe was all heart/no skill. Rousey thought she beat some great striker when in reality she had not fought one yet. She got just what she deserved, and hopefully this will derail the Rousey hype/wank train.
I wish I was a reporter for Rousey's first post annihilation interview.
"Hey Rousey, what does Holly Holm's foot taste like?"
"Hey Rousey, what did you find so interesting about the canvas that made you dive down to inspect it for so long?"
"Hey Rousey, now that you failed to win a gold at the Olympics and failed to retire MMA undefeated, what do you plan to fail at next? Boxing perhaps?"
She has just been trained so badly by Edmond. It seemed like they simply thought they would be able to go out there and match Holms striking, which if you have ever seen her attempts at shadow boxing, you knew wasnt going to happen.
Then there is the whole other issue with her taking on the heel personality, which seemingly came out of nowhere.
Hey now, she got great boxing skills!

so bad.
And when I say match Holms striking I dont mean out strike. I simply mean that her camp thought they had done enough to neutralize it.
Her arrogance is for the best of the sport. Her (undeserved) hype made her a personality to watch.
Now women's MMA really begins.
She should ditch that dirtbag coach. He told her she was doing great after that first round and still stands by it.
Buying into their own hype lately. Aldo is going to murder come December too.
UFC cash cows no more.
I think though in the end that Rousey was a net positive. Now more people are paying attention to women's MMA due to her popularity.

Who are you people?
She kinda annoys me
Impressive, memorial stones laid down in the house in front of me. As it turns out a jewish family was hauled out of that house and got a non-exclusive single-ticket. I knew it was a cloister, a brothel, and now a maffia runned Italian restaurant, but this was new to me, also for the guy who now lives above there. A lot of people attended, most really old, probably related in some way. Always something to see here.
Much fish burger. Very much fish burger.
Having to go back to the mechanics twice for a problem they caused is probably one of the more frustrating things, and its making me consider a new mechanic.
Most people don't know how to hunt. They just sit in a stand and hope a deer comes to them. That is hoping, not hunting. I move, find a deer/herd, and try to quietly stay ahead of it till a good shot opens. Me and my bros all got our first on the first day. Thanks to work I have only hunted twice, and I got a big, fat doe early in the morning each time. ( and I let some smaller doe and a scrawny buck go)
Now I just have a buck tag to fill and my next day I can hunt is Sunday (the last day of gun deer season.)
My neighbors cannot get crap and keep saying "nothing is moving". The problem is that they are not moving.
People tell me it is stupid to hunt from the ground and that you will have better luck from a stand, but no matter where I hunt, I always bag more quicker than those around me. I hunt with a $100 WWII military surplus bolt action, a $6 call, and a cheap vest, and they spend thousands on trail cams, heated coveralls, expensive rifles, etc.
I think the problem is that average hunters are only in the woods during hunting season.
A rifle is a rifle I got much older ones, WW1, works the same. I don't shoot at anything that's alive though I just can't, but cans are screwed
That is my point Frags: all the expensive gear in the world doesn't make up for lack of skill.
Boohoo. Bet she tasted good.
I couldn't do it myself but deer is TASTY
Just think of it this way. A deer dies one of 3 ways if a hunter does not harvest it:
1. Being struck by a car or caught in machinery. This can be either very slow and painful or very quick. It is all chance.
2. Disease/starvation. This is a horrible way to die and is slow and painful. Because we have driven out most natural predators, this way to die would happen a lot more if hunters did not help keep the herds at healthy levels as natural predators.
3. Predators. This way just sucks. Non-human predators kill slow. The human being is the only predator on earth who will take into account the feelings of its prey when it kills it. Most humans will not take a shot unless they can kill the animal quickly and with minimal pain. Non-human predators will chew on its innards while it is alive for minutes bleeding out.
The way I see it is that the most humane way a deer can die is by my shotgun. I am not killing a deer as much as I am saving a deer from a much worse death.
Deer can die of old age.......I've seen the coyotes wait.
OTOH, I'm pro-euthanasia at any age.
Got to love Storm Desmond and the floods it brings.
Seems my neighbourhood is seeing a string of arsons, possibly ethnically-motivated.
Here's one near my residence, around midnight on Sunday.

Life in Urban Paradise?
So apparently Rousey is going to do a rematch with Holm and if she loses that one it seems she will quit.

Look how cheap the tickets to Paris are! I heard that it's less crowded at the museums. I don't think another terrorist attack will happen there again so soon while the security level is high. This could be a good time to travel there.
Saw one of those random quizzes, with the title "Are you smarter than an Athiest?".
Apparently on a survey, atheists scored 21/32 on a religion quiz, whilst catholics for example scored 14/32.
Considering I scored 32/32, I am surprised those scores are not higher (admittedly, 1 was luck based on being familiar with a name).
Did it properly and got 31/32. I guessed that teachers in the US could lead the class in prayer, apparently not.
Seemed like a quiz for kids, average score in 84%.

Theoretically, even one gene-drive–engineered organism could crash an entire population.
That possibility terrified some people when they learned about the yellow fruit fly experiment. If a gene-drive–containing organism were to escape from the lab and start breeding with its wild counterparts, it could irrevocably alter the wild population. Maybe even wipe it out.
Whoah.
I got 29/32. I don't know where Jesus was born, which poor sap sacrificed his son for God, or who Jonathan Edwards is.
This should be in the What are you listening right now thread, but it stresses my line too much to post it there https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b2KvI3ESFNc from 23:00, good set, great for lounch.
Screw you facebook for reminding me of old pictures. That's my cat Nero who was my best buddy for 22 years. I am totally in tears right now thanks

Which wags first, the dog or the tail?
I got The Conquest of the Last Maya Kingdom by Grant D. Jones for Christmas this year. Apparently the Itza Maya weren't conquered until 1697, so unlike the Aztecs and the Inca the Itzas had a lot of familiarity with Spanish colonialism. This should be an interesting read.
RIP Lemmy.
Got lots of comic books, so I'm happy.
2016 will be the year of reckoning for me.
Apparently I am 100% humanist. I would be surprised if I scored low.
I scored 24%. I wasn't a big fan of that quiz, for most of the questions I could have picked two answers but the quiz only lets you choose one, so it creates a false dichotomy. For example, I believe the universe is a natural place that is best understood by science and I believe it was created by God as part of a plan. As far as I can tell these two statements are not contradictory, because my religion does not explain how the universe/nature works it only tells me that God created it.
Its been a number of years. It still affects me even though I don't come here anymore.
I promised myself I would do this after I heard, but...I have no excuse. Its been done finally though.
Ja mata.

Got a really considerate message from him when a family-member was sick. Never knew he was sick as well at the time. Gone but not forgotten.
My mind has been rather blank despite a myriad of things I have been doing. I find it rather peculiar. My thoughts are either non existent or I have the inability to articulate them comprehensibly. Excuse me while I enjoy a fugue.
How can the temperature be -7,2° at 11:00? That's ridiculous.
Bought a nice photobook about skyscrapers and decided that 'skyscraper' is the most awesome English word. Perfectly reflects the ambition to build as high as possible.
I often wonder what my life would be like if I hadn't been misled and if instead I took a path that I should've taken.
Who leaves dirty dishes in the sink for four days and deny that they are yours?
Im beginning to mildly dislike my flatmates.
Its getting more annoying by the day. Also they spilled something on the floor that is sticky and we have no mop.
And I washed a white hand towel with my new red shirt and now its pink. Great.
This is why it's hard for the students to find an apartment to live in. Some of them gave bad impressions to the owners when those students trashed their rooms.

This world needs more sandbox PvP MMORPGs. And yea, make it medieval fantasy (with bloody cherry on top <3 )
Someone was knocking on the window, so I thought someone had forgotten their keys. It was the police. :inquisitive:
All I can say is that there are many ravens where I grew up (especially during the last two years or so), but I've never heard anything about them knocking on windows. :tongue2:
Time to start misbehaving, evermore
As an exercise, I was to trace the route of Internet packages from my computer to an arbitrary US server. I tried whitehouse.gov, nasa.gov, wikipedia.org, and none of these packages left Europe. My packages to foxnews.com did apparently not even leave the country (response time of 7 ms).
But, as expected, Kennebec Valley Community College delivered and brought my packets all across the Atlantic. Thank you, Kennebec. Wherever that is.
Thanks mom, you threw away my clothes that are at least worth 2000 euro, my Cavelli and Armani trousers alone probably are. And much more is gone. Still love you.
This makes me feel good. A jewish old couple was extremily violently attacked and robbed by obvious anti-semites, I'll leave the background of the assholes to your imagination. The women is in a wheelchair, husband is permanently blind. 15.000 was stolen. Weblog Geenstijl (much dispised by the msm) started a crowdfund to get it back, only took a few hours to get almost 20.000 and still counting, tommorow they will probably have twice as much as the amount of savings that were stolen.
Good job Geenstijl.
What do you say when a very precious friend hints at making her pregnant. I really love her but, well but. Not the first time she hinted at it. I am freaked out.
You give her a gift card to a sperm bank for Christmas.
