I'm going to go with an exicting draw, here hoping (I'm planning on getting up early again). While Pavlychenko (I think thats how you spell it) was unconvincing for me (played well but can't seem to finish), Andriy Arshavin is now eligible for selection, and he is incredible. He'll lift the Russians. On the Swedish side, I'm not sure if Zlatan 'I am God' Ibrahimovic is fit. If he is he should be good for at least one. If not... I'm stuffed.

Agreed, too much emphasis on Zlatan. I long for the good old Larsson days... if Henrik puts on his shooting boots and has some decent service, Russia could still be in trouble.

Good thing for the Dutch is that yesterday showed that they don't really have B players. Yesterday was a B team, sure, showing sloppy passes and finishes, but there was plenty of individual talent should any of the main team be inconvenienced.

Wouldn't you say? Yeah, he has huge potential. The point with the little geezer is you never know what he'll do. He is not yet beefed-out and sturdy enough to win duels, although he can if he puts his mind to it. But he's constantly looking around when he's playing, always thinking of some surprise move. A subtle pass to a striker; a high ball to the other side of the field that breaks open the opponent's defense; a little fake attack followed by a relaxed pass back to his own defense, leaving the opposition on the wrong foot.
