So can we confirm Reenk is not a detective... I now he isn't a cop but are only cop roles detectives ?

Smithers is quite a clever character which makes Reenks bit about reading up on his character and deciding he's wrong seem like flat out lies...

So i think its probably safe to disregard his guilty result on Boudica

GeneralHankerchief was kinda right about Reenk lieing... wrong about him being mafia though...

If I am replying to people about the thread topic, it doesn't count as spam. Just talkativeness. Trust me, the Moderators have dragged me to their lair several times, and strapped me down to the comfy chair and poked me with the soft cushions, and each time they tell me I must confess to leaving SPAM everywhere. But I never confess, I just discuss the history of SPAM, the many different varieties of SPAM, the color, taste, and consistency of SPAM and other meats or meat by-products. But nowadays, things are different. The Moderators tire of seeing all my posts, but unfortunately they are all on-topic.

Reenk could've had detective abilities for all we know, but that's very unlikely. What ever ability he had he lied, and I don't think town did much wrong by lynching him.

My faint suspcision is that Smither's role is to protect Mr Burns at all cost, or something like that. But a repeat of the Simpsons Mini Mafia is unlikely really.

At least it appears that Smithers was not down-right mafia, even though he could have been neutral or something. White_Eyes had been saying that Reenk's playstyle resembled Migard I for ages...

Nagging Atpg after thinking I was wrong, and reading the Wikipedia , I gathered as much that maybe my investigations were only reliable on the power plant employees.

I don't think I made any effort to hide I was Waylon Smithers either, look at how I addressed Psychonaut earlier in the thread.

Well I don't see why Reenk would continue to confuse us after death... but i don't really see why his investigations would nessecarily be innaccurate on non power plant employee's...

Maybe we should lynch Ms Krababble (Boudica) just incase... at worse we save her from her spinster nightmare... ~;)

Maybe you seem keen to get intimate with me Little Grizzley, I guess there's always hope of some kind of knight in shining armour... but being lynched by a crazed Mob - kind of a turn-off.

Reenk could still have a role. I'm Wiggum and I'm a plain townie. AtPG is probably staying away from the supposed role abillities, so I doubt our detective will actually be a cop.

Oooh.. em.. excuse me, I would like to know what the grounds for suspicion of GH are.

I can find one reason; his sudden change of the vote and the words 'I am not leaving this to chance'...
I know boudica may seem funny, but ooowrh.. em.. I have my suspicions of players such as Khazaar, after reading through this thread.

Hmm, interesting. I think the roles are smoke and mirrors, like Atpg's other game Golden Rule. Of course that was different because we were all Mafia, but your reason is a pretty good one. Otherwise roleplaying would come to a halt because people would be given away.

According to my reasoning, this pretty much ensures your innocence (although you can never be certain in this game). If you were a mafia member, then "revealing" yourself as Wiggum would be a very risky stunt, as the real Wiggum would be out there and he would be highly suspicious of you, and you might never know if he might have detective powers after all.

Or what if Wiggum actually is a Mafia member? Seems like the paranoia is already starting to creep in.

It's also idiotic, he's probably wiggum - detective, but he changed it to plain townie to avoid suspicion from mafia. And don't say I helped them out, but I'm sure the mafia could work it out. :yes:

Basically yes, the character the person is roleplaying is unimportant, thier words and actions (votes) are what we need to look at...
