Well, at least we know one thing. ATPG is not a basic townie. His duel score is at least 5, which is above townie duel rating. For those with the info, do you know if he is a king or champion? He could possibly be Loki, but he hasn't given the town special information as far as I can tell, so it doesn't really matter.
If we can figure out who our kings and champions are, we should just kill everything with a high duel score as far as I can tell.
The gods appear to be little help, and the rest will be Jotun.
So unless I get info that he is important to us.

It's not really that hard to decipher a simple substitution puzzle. They put those sorts of things in newspapers for the public to solve for fun.
It is at this point I'm absolutely sure you're kidding.

Thanks by the way. We're doing real good, chiefs.
Gah, bunch of posts during my delayed writing of my last post, but I can't really say I believe ATPG's claim of being a king.
Still, if he is one, the Jotun will kill him tonight, unless he is one of them, in which case we lynch him tomorrow.
So for the time being, unvote:ATPG

As to the challenges, I think it would be fairly effective to challenge suspects (who aren't kings or champions) with with basic townie roles, or possibly champions. If we see that they are more powerful than a townie, we kill em as they are either an unhelpful god or a Jotun.
Does this make sense to you guys? Do we know who our kings and champions are (looking at you network that doesn't invite me to your fun)?
I think TLD is Atpg's champion. Or DiY was TLD's king.
Nightbringer, are you seriously saying that an attempt should be made to give the names of all Kings to a townie network?

In any case, feel free to challenge me, I will probably die or at least demonstrate that I am weak and unimportant.

I'd rather not say so there's still room for me to claim this is a bluff. Maybe I want the Jotun to kill me.

The writeup seems to indicate that Heimdall was killed by the Jotun... It comments that he should have been able to hear his attackers coming, and Heimdall has the best hearing of all the Aesir (he can hear the grass grow).
ATPG doesn't strike me as scummy, Nightbringer, and a holmgang score of 5 proves nothing, really. I'll look for other suspect tomorrow when I've slept.
Nightbringer, you don't really strike me as scum, but you've gotta watch out for revealing who you believe is a King and who is a Champion and a Norse God and everything. If you haven't noticed, the mafia just killed w&f (the god Heimdall), who revealed himself through Holmgang, and the crazy-serial-killer-dude killed DiY, the King of Nordmore. And last night, classical (the god Odin) was killed for pretty much exactly the same reason.
As long as our pro-town roles keep making stupid decisions and challenging people for the lulz, we have to keep quiet when their roles are noticeable. Gotta hope that the mafia aren't noticing as much as you do.
Now I'm worried the confirmed King ATPG will be killed tonight.

If you have other suspicious role pm's, feel free to send them to me and I can examine them and tell you what I think.
You may even win my trust and I can then send you my own.

I had been told by several people that it was odd that I wasn't challenging anyone. It seems that's the sort of thing I'm "expected" to do?
Well, last I heard, Tratorix had claimed war vet or something. I felt confident I could crush that without revealing who I was, since I'd be the attacker. It was the safest way I could challenge and not reveal. So much for blending in.
Warman challenging me was rather annoying. Killing him was still extremely satisfying.

Pro town power roles should avoid challenges, as should a few townies to help hide them, because that immediately reveals them to the Jotun.
If a duel finds a powerful player, who is not killed the next night, they are almost certainly Jotun.

But seriously, I don't see what a big deal a townie role PM is. I expect the Jotun to have covers like in Midgard II anyway. Would you be willing to at least claim a role name? So I can see why you thought Tratorix's role PM was odd.

If they were powerful, the odds of them being a Jotun would be very high.
As for the posts being bluff, yes I know, but I see no reason to vote for a declared King as the mafia are unlikely to let that slip by. If they leave him alone, it suggests he is in fact one of them.

I explained what about his pm was odd, as I said, I can do the same (or find it ordinary) if you send me another pm.
