_Hector_, put your reply here in the Entrance Hall in a pre-clan tourney topic along with a note to copy it to the pre-clan topic in the Barracks and one of us will do so.
As for promotion, all we ask is that you participate in topics here in the Entrance Hall. If you want to reply to a topic in another forum, do the same as I said for the pre-clan tourney topic. Someone will copy your reply to the appropriate topic.

Well, there are two forms a ranks. The mercenary that you see is done strictly by number of posts and has little meaning other than at 500 posts you can pick your own avatar.
The other is your group. Your group determines your forum access and other privileges. The group rankings (from lowest to highest) go: Junior Patron, Senior Patron, Junior Member and finally Senior Member. These are assigned by the Org staff based on merit. If you want to know more, see the New? Read this first topic pinned at the top of this forum.
