Crimson's been suspicious of khaan for a while now (my theory re: people on the "disruptive" player more likely to be mafia turned out to be right, I just went after the wrong person), so I'd put money on that being who killed him. As far as Visor, note that he can't talk after death. I'm guessing he got scanned by the mafia N1 and it got followed up with an N2 nightkill.

Not unheard of. Considering how role-heavy this game appears to be just going off of the ratio of people allowed and not allowed to talk after death, I'd say its a distinct possibility we're going up against one.

He demands more from Khaan in his postcount post, but doesn't really seem to talk about him elsewhere, unless I missed a page.

B.i. Some random fellow, maybe Visor, killed Khaan. Visor as vig, however, requires for some reason Visor not killing Crimson N1.

C. He/team staged a bussing match between Crimson and Khaan. Khaan was teamkilled to make Crimson look better. Some random killed Visor, or Mafia team used extra kill just for this setup.

A course like that I wouldn't believe even from Pizza. It's just completely wasteful and nonsensical. It also leaves us hanging with the possibility of a new, unspecified, killer.

I don't see any alternatives to the two overarching scenarios above, and I dismiss the second one out of hand.

pretty sure he claimed non-vanilla when he said "sucks that takhitty got that role" after n1, why i was clearing him at least (though he was decently villagery anyway)

and yeah i kinda agree, i don't have much experience with pizza but i would think he would be more focussed on STRONGLY hunting wolves to clear himself if he isn't going to go full postbomb self clearing, yet he seems to want to get the clearing a bit too easily

I gained my vig shot last night. I had no idea why.

day 1 i thought it was maybe about whoever voted me i could shoot from that list...but that wasn't it cuz n1 i gained nothing.
day 2 i was thinking maybe i could vig target people that _I_ was voting that weren't lynched...because i was on the lead wagon day before and they didn't die...

but when i gained a vig...the vig target was allowed to kill anyone...so...
