This game really is an immense amount of fun!

At the Battle of the Plains of Homs, the Order's Grandmaster road out (for the first time since the fall of Jerusalem in the Levant) with his heavy knights, making short work of Qansawh of Rum and his religious fanatics. Unfortunately, Qansawh and his surviving forces were able to make it back to Turkish held territory, outside the Grandmaster's reach, for now...
Sultan as Salih suffered an overwhelming defeat at the siege of Diyabakir after many Order armies arrived to relieve the city. The Sultan retreated back across the river to his fort. Does this spell the end of the Turkish resistance in the area, or have the Greeks arrived just in time to turn the tide...
The trench warfare continues in the northeast mountains as the Turks take their turn at the Order's rich gold mines.
In the western Anatolia, all is too quite. The Order warily advances, searching for the Greek resistance that is sure to be nearby.
In the southern deserts, things grow interesting as the Greeks give chase to one Order force, while another army readies to face off against the Turkish rear guard, a position assumed after 'surprise invasion force' was taken off the table :p

Turkey may be just a bit surrounded. If it makes you feel better though, having so much of my force surrounding you has left the Greeks a little too much breathing room. They reversed directions on me and now I'm having to play catch up as their main force cuts a path through central Anatolia.

Turn 70! It feels like an achievement just to get here...I wonder if I have played the majority of the Turkish turns?
Nevermind, I won't see many more turns...that big blue wave is about to crash right over my head

Whahaha! (evil maniacal laughter, in case you couldn't tell)
Baghdad has fallen to the Catholics, It is mine now...wait, what do you mean they do not accept my rightful rule, am I not the self proclaimed Pope of the East!...Stop answering that, it a rhetorical question! (Shakes fist in air) Dang you mostly Catholic rebel population. I turned you to Catholicism and I can take it away! Burn Baghdad, burn!!!
Ok, maybe not burn yet, but soon! Right now the Turks would destroy my lone nearby army before I could even take the city. I've got it! The Turks can take the city and burn the rebellious Catholic population for me! Brilliant, surely that is something everyone can agree on :P
