2 + 2 = 2
basically 2 + anything = 2 because the minus is crossed out!

2*2 = 2 + 2, so it is correct. One can alter it such that it becomes 2a -a = b, which means a = b.

the fallacy in Kommodus' "proof" is the last step. he's dividing by (a - b) which is (2 - 2), which is 0. dividing by zero is a no no.
