In any event, back on topic: I did indeed have such a thing happen to me, only it was in IBFD, playing as Romanu Orientalis, whereby a unit of Visigoths got pushed off the wall. It was crucial to winning the battle.

I had something similar happen to me a couple of times. After deploying my troops on the walls and hitting the "start battle" button, a couple of men from each unit fell off the walls...

The thread's question has been answered and there really isn't any more to add than just others commenting that it occured for them. To avoid more "OT discussion", I'm just going to close this thread right now.
