This is what I am pondering right now. I am playing my first Averni campaign. I get Galatia through revolt, AS bribed it back (first time i have ever lost a city to bribery), and they revolt again but now I am not as poor. I set up a type 4 gov then recruited a client ruler and a little over a half stack.
Now what to do. Like Celtic Punk said, it is kind of fun having a sort of mini Galatian faction. It truly is a client kingdom (it still seems so out of place to me, it will always be simply a type 4 - an alliance).
I want to know what some of you do in this situation. It is hard to say if it is hurting my economy or not (I have trade with Pontos, Mak, & KH whom most I share borders with). The City itself is in the positive but military costs are generally divided up by population. Do any of you carve our a little empire in Asia Minor?... Or expand west until you meet up with the rest of the Averni faction as it is expanding out of Gaul?
