~
That sounds like a drug induced concept.
It makes sense in context. Which context is debateable.
90's children... Then again its not like they've changed much.
Ren and stimpy was the king of this... you know in comparison Pokemon is prety Tame.
Psyduck
This all sounds like a psychotic version of the Clovis crawfish series:

This will under no means have any character thingys in it, just the imaginary creatures that inhabit it. :aries:
I guess this will do as an offical thread with some OP alterations
If the name of this is changed to sign ups then all is well.
Also now My game is being hosted I will be on much more often (didn't see much point beforehand) as I know about the tight dead lines involved with a mafia game at the org.
Hence I've been allowed to slack on my TWC game which is entering it's....25th phase
Now I'm to find at minimum, 8 more players, but probably be in need of more. :san_undecided:
As expected, the number of players may need to be reduced, but thanks to all that have joined so far, the target number isn't so unbelievably hard to achieve now. :elephant:
I would love an in, if you would be so kind.
No, I think you're still #1 on the queue, Thermal. If I recall correctly, you've got 2 or 3 days after the end of Treehouse to start yours. TinCow is likely just opening sign-ups for Rubicon early so that he gets all the players he needs, in anticipation of the end of Council of Villains (which will, incidentally, be taking a little more than 3 or 4 days to finish off).
Sasaki used to have this great image of a Psyduck going "What the Christ?" Would be perfect for this game. :laugh4:
"Heeey, you have a good time last night?"
"Smurftacular"
"Yeah I saw you leave with smurfette.
"Oh dude, as soon as we got out of the bar she started smurfing me."
"Shut the smurf up!"
"Yeah!"
"Right in the smufing parking lot?"
"Smurf yeah!"
"Oh that is freaking smurf"
Quote from an Australian comedy show, about a list of things his character hates.
"The smurfs, thats right, the smurfs. I had a friend who played a drinking game, where he had to drink everytime the word smurf was said, and he died of alcohol posioning before the first ad break. You can't just write a script then replace half of it with the word smurf. 'It was the smurfiest smurf to ever smurf the **** off."
I know a small snob who is nicknamed smurf
He's freaky, I keep him at bulldozer distance. (whatever that is)
Back on topic-----
Rubicon has double my sign ups and has been open for a fraction of the time
And hes me thinking anime would prevail over romans on a total war site :clown:
If I knew what the rules were I would join, I am new to mafia games so not really sure about the whole procedure....
I guess this would help
https://forums.totalwar.org/vb/showthread.php?t=115373
Get the basic rules, though understand games may have slight variations of them rules.
:elephant:
ok, sorry just asking in case the rules would be very different, still trying to get used to this. I am in.
I think it may be more rep than the subject of the game. I had a similar sort of problem with Council of Villains once ATPG started sign-ups for Treehouse. I had to recruit friends of mine (of which only around 2/7 remained active) just to equal his number. :laugh4:
Frankly, Chaotix, I enjoyed your game as much or more than any of the recent ones. The only thing which tops it was my Lieutenant of Inishmore performance, and that's only because I got to be a murderous henchman. Bwahahahaha
Thank you.
Of course, are you sure you'll continue enjoying it? You may not find it so fun when you suddenly lose....
:laugh4:
And I was referring more to the fact that both you and TinCow are particularly well-known and popular on the forums, and therefore have a larger base of friends to draw from, while I can't say the same about myself and Ares. Still, I was pleased with the number of players I wound up getting in the end, and at the very least I recruited one player who is sure to be a mafia regular at the guild.
Both ATPG and TinCow are relative newcomers to the Backroom. Of course, I may be biased, in the fact that I still count myself as a newcomer, and anyone else who was active around the time of capo 1 or before is a veteran.
But in the case of ATPG, he may be well known, but that doesnt mean he's popular.
~:pat: There there atpg. :grin2:
If you thought Inishmore was good, wait until you see my next game. I've discovered I do a lot better if I have material to work off, Raymond E Feist here I come!
Seems like there isn't enough interest? It happens sometimes.
Hmm, with swords finished up and this thread having been open for 3 weeks and not having more sign ups that the small games that have filled within hours I'm going to have to close this one. Sorry Ares.
