@ CP, all your base are belong to us.
@ Bean, you should check if generals can be recruited, cost 1 mnai to raise, 0 mnai upkeep and that they have 0 recruitment time. Just to guard against a possible misunderstanding, 0 recruitment time means that all generals in the queue will be there next turn, not instantaneous creation. Kind of like retraining a unit that isn't there from the beginning.
