Oh ok. Well consider me to have PMed that I want to do what my first comment says.
Ok, apparently we have a couple of lamps that can be turned on and/or taken with us; and a bunch of batteries (enough for multiple people, unspecified how many). I'll take some batteries. Can't imagine that turning on a lamp would help at this point but anyone who wants to, feel free.
Keep an eye on post 29 of this thread, I will respond to frequently asked questions there.
