Can we vote no lynch?
No, we can't.
Vote: Diamondeye because I can. :smug:
You say days are 24 hours, but you also say today ends at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time on October 24. Do we have just over 13 hours to the end of the day, or just over 37? Also, are we allowed to edit in votes. You say we can't edit them out, but can we edit them in?
A: The first day is approx. 48 hours so that people will be able to vote even though the game started a little early.
A: You can't edit out votes, and you can't edit them in either. But, I made an exception for Raskolnikov who tried to vote but failed to do so in proper format. As long as you fix it right away that's fine, but I'd prefer to keep things more strict from now on. Everyone should be familiar with the voting procedure by now, except the newcomers.

I updated the frequently Asked Questions list with two answers to two rather important questions about lightsaber combat and learning new abilities. I highly encourage you to read the list, found here.
Also, an announcement if I may:
Several players incorrectly got "Force Meld" assigned to the "Active Defense" section of their role PM. That is not accurate. It is supposed to be an "Active Ability".
The next role PM update I send you will correct the error.
A player did not get an icon to represent one of their abilities.
The next role PM update I send you will correct the error.

Vote: Raskolnikov Because you voted for me and that is how I roll.
I am getting this question A LOT, so I'm posting it here and adding it to the FAQ post (post 3 of this thread).
Q: How does one gain Jedi Ranks? Is this even possible or will I be my current rank for the rest of the game. I thought I read somewhere that people will be able to raise to higher ranks. is that possible or is there some secret mechanic involved in this? Is there anything I can do to help speed things along?
A: You can be promoted one of two ways:
1. Waiting, because it happens naturally over the course of several turns. Even Initiates can become the Grandmaster of the Order if they survive the whole way through.
2. Battlefield promotion. If your superiors die, you move up in seniority, and if a Padawan or better dies, an Initiate or better takes their place.
Nothing you do, save lynching your superiors or killing them off, promotes you faster, and I wouldn't necessarily recommend you kill off your superiors unless you have a reason for it.
Keep the questions coming. Better to ask now so you can know for later.
What if you started at grandmaster, is there anything above that to be promoted to?
I do. Part of me wants to vote you because of that but I guess I should let the past be past. Or, to be jedicolloquial; Not let anger get the best of me.
