[Council of Villains] A State of Corruption [Concluded]

I wasn't around for any of the previous iterations of your games, but I did read the Koopa Troop one; I saw some very interesting concepts and it seemed as though it was lots of fun for all involved.

I've actually just become unemployed (six-month contract, major annoyance) and I have oodles of free time on my hands while I throw my CV out to any and all who'll take it, so I'd definitely be willing to break my hiatus and accept your invitation to fill the void.

Just curious, though; are you expecting to start as soon as you've got all the signups you want (and once Pizza's game concludes), or will you be postponing things until the holiday season ends?

Now that ATPG's game is lasting longer than expected, I imagine I will not start until December 27, or so. I would also probably make New Years' Eve/Day and the day after a single long phase to account for inactivity. But I don't want to wait too long to start it.

I think the last one of these I was involved with was your first Council of Villains, in which we were all meant to roleplay and I was a dragon with seven heads... But player commitment died away fast, partly because the Treehouse of Horror was played parallel to that.

Well, if a series resulted, there must be some very good reasons why!

If prior story knowledge and understanding isn't essential, I would like to be in please!

I'm not surprised at all, Chaotix; after the previous games you've hosted you've built a reputation for fabulous hosting ability. You've also obviously done the legwork and did some serious personal inviting; that is really the only truly effective means of recruitment that I've seen other than opening a sign-up sheet.

If anything, I wonder why we're still missing some of our favorite veteran players. :whip: Come on then, don't be shy.
