Night 1 Begins
Professor Ferret looked pleased as the voting period drew to a close. "Excellent, this man is surely a physicist. I mean just look at him. To the giant vat of hydrofluoric acid he goes!" Jarema was sweating heavily as he was pushed by the crowd of scientists downstairs to a balcony above a huge vat of acid in the basement.
"Any last words?" The Professor didn't even give him a chance to reply before he was kicked off the edge and fell head first, screaming, into the acid. There were bubbles aplenty and a thick waft of smoke rose up to the ventilation system.
"It is done! Now go to your rooms so that we may start discussing proper work tommorow. Good night." With that the Professor strode off, leaving the scientists to make their own way back to their respective bedrooms.
Jarema was lynched.

Was Jarema "surely" a physicist or was that just flavor?
Because if he was surely a physicist I feel good. If he was not, I can probably expect to be lynched tomorrow.

Day 2 Begins
Askthepizzaguy had a feeling something would happen tonight, it was just typical of his luck. Sure enough there was a knock on his door late in the night. As he crept towards the door, terrified, loud thuds started to sound outside as if objects were hitting the walls in the hallway. Following a brief scuffle he heard footsteps running off down both ends of the hallway, there must have been two people outside. When he finally worked up the courage to open his door the only evidence of his visitors were smushed apples scattered across the hallway. After making sure that no one was still around he went back to bed.
The following morning the chemists made their way to the conference hall to find Professor Ferret sat brooding in his chair.
"It appears there was a disturbance last night after all, the cleaners are not impressed by the mess that was made. There must still be physicists among us, so another vote it is. Make sure you get rid of them this time."
No one was killed.

Looks to me like someone successfully protected ATPG last night. If true, that should lend some credence to his innocence.
Yet I’m pretty sure ATPG would be aware of the rules regarding no-reveal. He is not the type of player to wing things. Everything is done for a reason, especially if it looks like it isn’t. So that little bit about the Jarema reveal and if he is wrong he would be lynched today is rubbing me the wrong way.

Night 2 Begins
Professor Ferret looked concerned at the emptiness of the ballot box. "Hmph, I guess most of you aren't bothered about the mess then. Mind you, neither am I, so long as no one was hurt. Anyway White_eyes:D will die and thank god for that! Him not having any pupils was really creeping me out. To the acidic vat of doom!"
The smell hit them as soon as they reached the top of the stairs. Professor Ferret held his nose and peered over the balcony into the vat. A few pieces of Jarema's clothing and even some of his flesh floated on the surface.
"Hmmm, perhaps we best leave him there until tomorrow, I don't think Jarema is quite done. What else have we got around here? Oh let's just stick in him in one of the giant ovens, maybe he'll even taste nice?"
Most of the chemists were repulsed by this suggestion.
"Relax, I was only joking. Probably. Anyway let's get this over with."
White_eyes:D was shoved to the room with the ovens and unceremoniously dumped inside one. It was locked and set to 1000 °C. That would be the last anyone would hear of him.
