I think a problem here is that people have a different view of what is lean, fit and mammoth proportions.

I'm not into bodybuilding, never have been. Weights are a long slow process. ACIN will not lose "athleticism" (as if you chuckle:daisy: even knew what that was) anytime soon and by anytime soon I mean the next decade. Big compound movements make muscles. ACINs program makes ulcers.

Ok, just got back to my uni housing. Going to eat, then grocery shop and then take the time to walk the twenty minutes to the uni gym where all the necessary equipment is.
This will be my first time trying Strike's routine, everything looks fine except idk if there are kettlebell weights to use.
