Even if we were sure GSC is scum we should lynch him with as little an amount of chips as possible just in case he does end up being town and all these townies who piled on him lose all their chips (= voting power). Remember what Pizza said in the rules: It is entirely possible for the Mafia to win without even outnumbering the town. They just need to have more chips than us.

The whole point is simply that chips must be used tactically, where they can best influence the lynch for the lowest cost.
What that means is that each agent will be constantly correcting their wager to account for new information.
The game will be very lively.
In fact, every poster should have to post an updated tally with every new vote.
